Beyonce and Mariah Carey party on New Year’s Eve at St. Barts. Beyonce was sporting as she wore her “Happy New Year” crown, while Carey, the diva, declined. Colonel Gaddafi’s son, Saif Gaddafi, allegedly paid Carey $1 million to sing 4 songs at a party down at Nikki Beach, St. Barts. Carey was carefree as she downed champagne and ate oysters.
