The corset and fishnet wardrobe has been overused as almost every female pop performer has used them. Spears met Karl Lagerfield and she was honored to receive an award from his hand. Spears looked sweetly alluring as she offered her cheek for Lagerfield to kiss. Its hard to imagine how far she has journeyed to reach this stage.
