The award was for their best British single. Their skimpy costumes were popular with the crowd. The audience was excited and showed their appreciation. Cheryl Cole received moral support from her husband Ashley Cole. He was present to witness the happy event. Cheryl thanked the fans of Girls Aloud for supporting them.
Girls Aloud looking beautifulNovember 06, 2008The British pop band, Girls Aloud, were at the Music Industry Trusts Awards 2008 in London. The “girls” looked beautiful. Sara Harding had some shocking news. She had a head on collision with a double-decker bus. Harding admitted she was distracted because she had recently moved into a new neighbourhood. She drove up a one way street and wrecked her car when the bus ploughed into her. Harding was very lucky to emerge unscathed after the accident.
Girls Aloud in The Tangled Up TourMay 16, 2008Girls Aloud performed in Brighton as part of their The Tangled Up Tour. This tour was given the nickname of the “Toe Tour” because the Girls wore sexy costumes that exposed their camel toes. The Girls had changed their image. Previously, they were squeaky clean. For this tour, their costumes were sexy attire in corsets, PVC, teeny bopper mini skirts and lacy body suits. They were invited to launch Kit-Kat Senses in SoHo Hotel, London. This is a special new product. It is the low-calorie version of the Nestle Rowntree chocolate bar. Besides getting a fat pay check, each girl received a huge mountain of the product. These Girls were very figure conscious and they had expressed doubts on how they would be using their chocolate. Astoria, a 20th anniversary of World AIDS Day hosted by Sharon Osbourne. The group still consists of all original members since its 2002 inception off the talent show Popstars: The Rivals. Group members currently include Cheryl Cole, Nadine Coyle, Sarah Harding, Nicola Roberts, and Kimberley Walsh and as you can see, their performance factor is still going very strong. The girls definitely gave it their all for the G.A.Y. Astoria and it looks like they had fun inserting their personalities into the show.
