Actually, she would be going to court this Thurday to answer to the charge of DUI. Sources have told that she was ready to plead no contest or guilty to the charge. In return, she would receive lighter sentencing for her alleged offences like driving without a valid driving licence. Even the possession of marijuana charge will be dropped!

And we have here Mischa Barton who managed to give the good people at Aussie OK! Magazine some of her free time. The magazine spent their time with Mischa at her luxe mansion in the hills of Hollywood shooting some candid *cough SO posed* shots. Yes, this is how Mischa looks every day I’m sure. But her house is pretty, and so is she, particularly when she is as perfectly styled here. And I have to say once again, I am NOT convinced this girl has not had work done. Those eyes look scary younger to me. No?

Mischa Barton is on the movie set of “Homecoming.” She plays a psycho killer who is jealous and obsessed with her old high school sweetheart. The biggest problem is that this guy has a new girlfriend and he has gone on in life. This film is made in the style of an indie thriller. Mischa’s track pants have the skeleton bones painted on. It looks kind of whacky, having a sexy woman wear the Halloween type of pants.

Former “The O.C.” star Mischa Barton has a new job, thankfully! She’s the star of one of the movies recently featured in the Sundance Festival. Anybody knows what the title of that movie is? LOL Anyways, Mischa just finished a Julie Dennis Brothers photoshoot. Do these pictures delight you somehow? Mischa Barton went out shopping in West Hollywood. She wore pants with a high waist and showed how slim she was. That stomach could be as flat as a washboard. The camera had a few good shots of her crotch and ass. Mischa has a great, lithe figure. Her leopard print blouse showed that she meant business, running her errands around town.
