There are lots of beautiful young actresses/singers out there these days but few of them speak to me the way Demi Lovato does. I wouldn’t say I’m a huge fan of most of her music or acting but I am a huge fan of her as a young celebrity. This is a young woman that has been open and honest about her struggles and has actively sought help to keep herself on the straight and narrow. That is something that is both rare and inspiring. Everyone struggles with one thing or another at one point or another. What Demi has done by speaking out and being open is make it possible for other young girls to talk openly and honestly. She’s shown a whole generation that there’s no shame in admitting you have a problem and asking for help. As for the photos, I think they’re stunning. That first picture has so much emotion. I love this lady. I hope her career continues to grow and she continues to find success. I also hope she continues on the healthy path she’s set out on. I’d love to see her stand as a shining example of a young star who made it through fame and fortune without losing their soul or self respect.
