Kate Beckinsale walks in tights
November 13, 2008Kate Beckinsale was caught on film taking a leisurely walk in her tights. Beckinsale trains at least 4 times a week with her personal trainer. That was when she did the heavy stuff. When she was on her own, she preferred walking. Beckinsale said she was surprised by the way people were obsessed by ultra slim figures. Beckinsale was once anorexic in her teens but she has recovered and has more confidence to eat and feel good.
