The Hilton sisters were there to celebrate the opening of a new restaurant called Yellowtail. Paris was escorted by Nicky because her boyfriend was away. Benji Madden and his band, Good Charlotte, was away on tour. I wonder why Paris did not join him this time. After all, she had toured with Benji previously. Perhaps she had other commitments to fulfill.
