Okay, I love sexy Aussie actress Indiana Evans and I’m excited to see her staring in something new but I have to admit I’m a little tired of remakes. Enough, already. They’re never as good as the original. I’m especially disheartened by the fact that this particular remake has employed the talents of Indiana so now I’m going to be forced to watch. Seriously, I love Indiana Evans like I love puppies (or cute shoes, if you prefer) and these pictures of her filming “The Blue Lagoon”, a remake of the 1980 film of the same name, have only sold me more on this project. Indiana looks stunning and having been a fan of her acting work since she started on “Home and Away”, I’m going to have to bite the bullet and check this one out, remake or not.

So the Super Bowl happened Sunday. Apparently that involves football so Katy Perry’s choice of stage attire for the Direct TV Super Saturday Night Concert in Indiana makes sense. I’m not a sport person. It’s not because I’m a girl. My mother is also a girl (clearly) and is a sports fanatic. I know lots of ladies that are into sports. I just don’t happen to be one of them. Judging by these pictures, Katy is as well. Good on her. I think Katy always looks stunning and she looks like she really knows how to put on an entertaining show. Perhaps the powers that be should consider her for the Half Time show next year. I hear this year’s didn’t go so well.

Well I’ve met a lot of people raving about Ana Ivanovic, but I’m in 2 minds. Is it just a foreign fascination or is she really that great. The latest in regards to Ana Ivanovic was her presence at the Indian Wells tennis open, and I can’t say she looked her best. It was more like a purple drape on her rather than sexy tennis apparel that everyone’s expecting for this new season. Truly speaking what sort of a design would that qualify as, with so much gathering ad is it really an intelligent thing to wear when fighting it out at competitive sporting events. Let’s just wait and see what dominates the courts, the shots or the overbearing purple dress.

Lola Ponce is a beautiful actress. She attended the premiere of the Indiana Jones and The Kingdom of The Crystal Skull. This was the first weekend of the film’s opening and it faced stiff competition from another new movie; Prince Caspian. The new Indy movie had plenty of nostalgia as Harrison Ford reprised his former role. Harrison looked quite good as he had maintained a strict exercise schedule. He managed to perform many of the stunts himself.

The world certainly is a fashion starved platform that’s swarmed with new designs every day. Seems like Nicole Scherzinger is a great ambassador to take new looks forward and that’s what was very evident when she wore this new flowing top which is very Indian inspired. In simple terms it’s called a dupatta and is very similar to a stole or scarf and wouldn’t really be worn as is. However, no one’s taking offence because it’s innovative and I guess she even completed the look by wearing a bindi referring to the little design on her forehead, very out of the box we must agree.

Jessica Simpson performed at a concert in Indianapolis, on Aug 7. She wore the typical country gal threads with a denim jacket and shorts. She sang a few numbers from her latest album, which will be released in September. Jessica is an old hand on stage. In the late 1990s, she toured the country with the boy band named as”98 Degrees.” Her experience helped her to push her first album to the No. 3 spot on Billboard ‘s Hot 100 chart.
