Well, to be totally honest the dress (if you can call it a dress) had a pair of shorts sewn into the garment. She is quite slim and states she has been drug free for years, so what prompted the daring and outlandish outfit of the night? Maybe to show off her small breasts?

There’s something I’m clearly not seeing that everybody else is. I think it’s a terribly designed outfit. It looks like something the designer forgot to complete or lost interest in halfway through. I like Tara and admire her confidence to wear it, but I don’t like the outfit itself. Sorry.

Steve, you’re too distracted by her body to see how bad I think the outfit is, and I on the other hand am too distracted by the outfit to see how nice you think her body is! Haha, what a hopeless pair we make! :-)
