She wore her best sexy black outfit as she took a meal at Scotts restaurant in London. Victoria was never one to shy away from controversial fashions and this one showed plenty of meat in the erogenous zone. PVC stuck to the skin due to static electricity. It was far more sexy than if leather were used.
