Katherine Heigl and her husband, Josh Kelley, enjoyed their last day at their Mexican getaway. The pictures showed them lunching at a leisurely pace. This was accompanied by margaritas and shots of tequila. Katherine pulled on a cigarette for maximum draw. She looked elegant in her sun hat.
