I have to admit voyeur shots like these ones of Whitney Port don’t really appeal to me. It looks like the photographer was hiding behind bushes snapping shots of her which makes me feel a little creepy for looking at them. I guess that’s part of being a celebrity. Whitney is mostly known for her stint of vapid reality show “The Hills” and since the show ended she’s mostly stayed out of the spotlight but clearly she still has a little clout. Photographers love her and while I’m not exactly her biggest fan, I do like getting to see pictures of her every now and again. She’s one of those celebs I like more in a more casual sort of setting. Whitney looks her best when she’s relaxed and casual, like she is here in Miami.
I wonder if you can sue for stuff like that, like if someone is chilling privately and someone picks up a camera & takes a photo of them without their permission or knowledge. Or is the law different when it comes to a celebrity?
I’m pretty sure there is a law that somewhat protects them but only if the photographer is on private property when the photo is taken. For example, if a photographer got past security at a celebrity’s home and took pictures, they would be breaking the law. If another photographer got basically the same pictures but was standing on the sidewalk, it would be perfectly fine in the eyes of the law.
Wow, that means they pretty much have to stay cooped up indoors or face the wrath of the paps absolutely anywhere they go. I’m not sure any acquired celeb status is worth that level of intrusion (even if the law says it’s OK).
I would have to agree. Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have said they basically just stay inside all the time. The late (and incredibly great) Heath Ledger, on the other hand, said that he wouldn’t let the paps keep him from doing what he wanted to do. In his words, “If I want to swim naked in my pool, I’ll swim naked in my pool” or something to that effect. I think it depends a lot on the person’s attitude.
Yes, you have a point, it’s down to the particular celeb’s attitude. Love what Heath Ledger said! Shame Robert and Kristen have to hide, but everyone’s different. Some celebs are bold as brass and go about their business regardless, while others are more sensitive to things like that.
She looks a bit under the weather in that main picture. Well, to me anyway. Maybe it’s just the way the picture was taken. I never watched The Hills. Tell a lie, I watched it for 10 minutes and didn’t get it, so I switched channels.
When anyone is in public they are fair game when there is no expectation of privacy, including celebs……….NICE nipslip on #19
thx broooo whitney tits hot hot hot
yaaa brooooooooooooooooo
These do not appeal to me either. She needs a more colorful suit. The color is very blah. And she needs to keep her hands off her boobs. Maybe that does something for men but for me it is a turn off.
