January 28, 2009Mischa Barton celebrated her birthday on Jan 26. She had a long, happy birthday kiss from Irina Lazareanu. Barton held her birthday bash in Paris. Ms Barton is now 23 and the Caviar Kaspia restaurant was glad to enjoy her patronage. The function wrapped up with Barton flying off to London, with her boyfriend, Luke Pritchard, in tow.
