I don’t know if calling Famke Janssen my lady crush of the day is entirely fair because I’ve been madly in lust with the woman for quite some time now. I loved her in the “X-Men” series and as Xenia Onatopp in “Golden Eye” but I have been a touch obsessed with her since I saw her in “The Wackness”. She was absolutely brilliant in that movie which happens to be one of my personal favorites. This photo shoot shows everything I love most about Famke. She seems like a down to earth, easy going sort of woman who is beautiful dressed down in casual clothes or dressed up in something more elegant. I think the first picture is my favorite although I am partial to the picture with the dog. I just love this woman and am thrilled I’ve finally had the chance to post about her on here.

It feels like it’s been ages since we’ve gotten new AnnaLynne McCord bikini pics. Maybe it hasn’t actually been all that long but it still feels that way. I’ve missed pictures like these. I really have. The first thing I noticed when I looked at these photos is how much healthier AnnaLynne looks. She was verging on too thin there for a while but she looks like she doesn’t look quite as thin anymore. She looks toned and fit. It looks like she’s been spending some time in a gym not like she’s been eating nothing but a celery stick for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Above all that though, the one thing that stands out about these pictures of AnnaLynne in LA is her smile. This woman has such an incredible smile. While her show, “90210”, isn’t quite as hot as it once was, AnnaLynne doesn’t seem to be letting that get her down and why would she? I’m sure she’ll have a career long after “90210” is off the air.

When it was announced Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez were leaving “American Idol” I was asked to write an article about who should replace them. I came up with ten men to fill Steven’s judge’s chair and ten women to replace Jennifer. Avril Lavigne was on that list and here’s why – she’s gutsy, opinionated, gorgeous, contemporary and I think she’d be willing to offer honest feedback to contestants. Idol needs that. Aside from that, I think Idol really benefited from having eye candy like Lopez sitting behind the judge’s table so I think Avril would be a great choice in that respect as well because come on – the girl is a total babe. In these photos from Mexico, Avril looks like she’s having a great time. I haven’t liked an Avril Lavigne song since her first album, but I still love her. I’d love to see her on Idol but I’m perfectly happy looking at more bikini pictures if that’s all I can have.

Sometimes I forget why so many people seem to dislike the Kardashians and their family members so much. Then I see photos like these of Kendall Jenner riding her Segway in Malibu and it all comes back to me. People think of the Kardashians and the Jenners as spoiled rotten brats who get everything they ask for. They think of the Kardashians and the Jenners as super famous celebrities that have never done anything to earn the attention they get. I don’t think that’s necessarily fair. Well, maybe it is for some of them, but Kendall seems a little different and let’s be fair, she can’t help the way she was raised. If you’re raised in a certain kind of environment, you’re going to behave a certain way until you’re old enough to know better. I like Kendall and I’m going to give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she’ll do something incredible with her fame. Maybe she’ll just hock endless lines of perfume, makeup and all the other products her Kardashian cohorts like to slap their names on. Only time will tell.

Okay, I admit it. Brooke Burke isn’t quite as attractive without makeup as she is with it. Now that I’ve said it, I’d also like to point out very few woman in Hollywood are as attractive without makeup. I think that goes with a lot of women who aren’t in the spotlight as well. I definitely know that’s the case with me. With that said, I don’t think Brooke Burke looks all that bad without makeup and I love the fact that she’s confident enough to hit the beach barefaced even though she knows she’s going to be photographed. Shown here with husband,David Charvet in Miami, Brooke doesn’t seem to care less about who sees her without a stitch of makeup. She’s just relaxing and having a good time. I think Brooke’s a class act all the way and I’m thrilled to see her showing the world that’s she’s comfortable with who she is.

There really aren’t enough words in the English language to describe how much I love Eva Longoria. She’s classy. She’s beautiful. She’s intelligent. She’s witty. She’s talented. For those reasons, and so many more, I both adore and admire this woman. Although there are a lot of women in the entertainment industry I have mad lust for, Eva is a little different. She is someone I respect and look up to. It’s weird for a woman to say she has a role model at 30 but I’m saying it anyway. I don’t feel I’ve grown up yet. When I do, I’d like to be someone like Eva. I don’t mean in a physical way, of course, because come on – that just couldn’t happen. I mean in terms of who she is as a person, or at least who she is when the world is looking. I couldn’t care less about what she’s like behind closed doors. The image she puts out there for the public is the image I see and it’s the image I want to see when I look in the mirror. Figuratively, of course. Although looking like Eva wouldn’t be half bad either.
