It’s not often that you find a songwriter gain so much popularity as a singer and that’s why Lady GaGa seems to be creating quite a ripple in the music industry. Despite her semi metal gothic looks, the lady knows what she’s crooning about. In fact when she and her band spent a little time on the red carpet prior to their gig at the VIP Room Theater in Paris, France on Wednesday night, it sure did get the press photographers attention. She sure does carry off the bold look with ease and one may argue that it’s difficult to take your eyes of her legs; her voice will give you a run for your money.

Dressed in an ultra skin tight pink number, the former girlfriend of Nick Cannon, who, as we all know is now Mr. Mariah Carey, Christina flaunted her bootylicious body and flashed her very famous charming smile. Faith Hill, the country singer, helped to give a kick start to Super Bowl XLIII 2009 in Tampa, Florida. Hill sang “God Bless America”. Hill brought a back up gospel choir to help her deliver the song. Hill was dressed in a formal white sweater and top. Her narrow waist was accentuated by slim pants. Hill has revealed she will be performing in a musical tribute to Neil Diamond on Feb. 6 in L.A.

Beyonce and Mariah Carey party on New Year’s Eve at St. Barts. Beyonce was sporting as she wore her “Happy New Year” crown, while Carey, the diva, declined. Colonel Gaddafi’s son, Saif Gaddafi, allegedly paid Carey $1 million to sing 4 songs at a party down at Nikki Beach, St. Barts. Carey was carefree as she downed champagne and ate oysters. Beyonce’s husband, Jay-Z, performed at the same party. The celebrities were said to have enjoyed the party.

Lily Allen was dressed to kill in an Armand Basi black dress with a sheer panel. It showed a flat stomach and sleek valley down her cleavage. Allen had her rendezvous with a business meeting in a posh restaurant in London. Allen looked every bit the tough singer and business entrepreneur in her glamorous get-up. Allen had recently sang Britney Spears’ cover song, Womanizer, and her record label was not pleased with it. Allen explained that she did it as she loved Spears and Womanizer.
