I don’t like Katie Price. I don’t really know why. There’s just something about her that bugs me. She’s like spiders. They’re okay with me as long as they don’t come close enough to get on me. These pictures taken as she launched her fashion brand in London didn’t really do anything to change my opinion of her but they did force me to admit something I hoped I’d never have to admit. I kind of like the clothes and those shoes? I want those shoes. Any kind internet benefactors out there want to buy those for me? You’d be my best friend. Seriously though, I’ll give credit where credit is due. Katie’s brand may be my favorite celebrity clothing brand out there. If not shows, I’ll accept gift cards or that hot pink mini dress. I’m not sure if I’ve mentioned this lately, but I absolutely love Adriana Lima. Love her. Big time. This is the first time I’ve ever seen candids of her from the set of one of her photo shoots and I have to say, they only make me love her more. It’s nice to see she’s just as attractive in her underwear as you’d believe from her photo shoots. In a world where airbrushing rules, it’s nice to know some of the women you see in magazines actually have bodies like that. Sure most normal women could never hope to have a body that incredible, but that’s really neither here nor there. The fact is, Adriana is a gorgeous woman with an incredible body she obviously works hard to maintain. I’m just glad she’s willing to show off the results of that work.

The Bachelor. The Bachelorette. The Bachelor Pad. Seriously – what is the deal with these shows? Do we really need three variations of the same basic theme. Anyway, whatever. Natalie didn’t win on The Bachelor (but really, does anyone actually ‘win’ on that show?) so she got to appear on the first season of the THIRD spin off of The Bachelor called The Bachelor Pad. This time, she did win. Until today, I’ve never heard of her. Anyway, she’s kind of hot, I suppose. I like that she’s using her winnings to pay off her student loans instead of something stupid like getting implants – which I’m sure she’s been told she needs. I like the more natural look, even if that natural look could also be called ‘flatter than a board’. In any event… I’m bored already of this girl. Next.

Oh Rihanna – I just don’t know. I know a lot of websites have been ripping apart the dress Rihanna wore to the GRAMMY Awards, I don’t think it’s nearly as bad as people are claiming. It’s interesting and that’s really what i like about it. The sheer bits are sexy – giving you a tease of what’s below the dress – but it kind of looks to me like the white ruffly bits are made out of white trash bags. Aside from that, I think the dress manages to combine glamor with sex without really sacrificing one for the other. That’s not easy to do. Rihanna herself looks beautiful. I like the crazy hair she sometimes sports, but choosing to go with a more understated style allowed the focus to really stay on the dress where it belonged.

Claire Sweeney is likely best known for playing Lindsey Corkhill on ‘Brookside’ and for her appearance on ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ but as of right now, she is more or less an unknown in the US. It seems that upon trying to break into the business in the US she was told she needed to be at least a UK size six. Instead of taking drastic measures to lose the weight Hollywood wanted her to lose, she went the other way with it. She agreed to a documentary in which she would pack on weight to show how easy it is to become overweight. She then struggled to lose the weight. I personally have never found anything wrong with women having a few extra curves, but I know people are going to look at these pictures and have all manner of rude comments. It’s kind of sad, really but I guess that’s the way the business is.

As you’ve all probably heard by now, Lindsay Lohan is being charged with a felony for allegedly stealing a necklace. I know everyone loves to think the worst about Lindsay, but let’s hold on for a moment. Let’s think this through. Lindsay has borrowed jewelry from this store in the past and was photographed wearing the necklace. Considering Lindsay is photographed every time she leaves her house, she had to have known that would happen. Would it even make sense for her to steal a necklace worth that much and then wear it in public? No! I think this was, in essence, a misunderstanding and she’s only being prosecuted because people are pissed she wasn’t thrown in jail for her probation violation. Give her a chance to straighten her life out. Anyway, these pictures of Lohan, taken at the Giuseppe Zanotti Design store opening, show Lindsay looking healthier than she has in a long time. I hope she gets a chance to prove herself and show she isn’t the monster people apparently like to believe she is.
