Rinna said she has tried every workout known to Man. One of her first workout gurus was Jane Fonda. Rinna’s DVD has 16 dances choreographed by her former partner in DWTS, Louis van Amstel. Each dance is a whole body workout. Lisa Rinna said dance exercises work out the entire body, while being fun to do.
