Guess who gave such A VIEW during the 80th Academy Awards “Viewing Party” in West Hollywood? Why, it was “Project Runway” host Heidi Klum of course! The supermodel and Victoria’s Secret goddess made quite an appearance at the Oscars – pure eye candy! I’m pretty sure husband Seal was very proud to see that his wife still has the X-factor and still has the “media magnet” capacity. Here is Heidi Klum rocking the house at a benefit gala at the UN in New York. Heidi as you know is a former Victoria’s Secret Angel and is now the superstar of Bravo’s reality hit series Project Runway. You would never guess this girl was a ripe 34, now would you. She is dressed here in a dress that would wear as a lovely blouse for most women. This attire gives the LBD (Little Black Dress) an all new concept. But Heidi is rocking her body with all of the confidence one would need for this look. And she’s doing a VERY good job at it. It’s not just confidence though of course, her superstar good looks and mega-watt smile don’t hurt either. *Sigh* If only we all were blessed with such genetics.
Here we have the always gorgeous Heidi Klum in Munich at an event featuring Bella Fontanis. The black and white trend has been big on the celebrity scene this year, and Heidi shows us that she can rock this look with some serious style. She pairs a gorgeous white dress with lacey black sleeves and accents it with a chunky black belt. I love how she worked the black tights and pumps that show off those never-ending gorgeous legs of hers. Couple that with her mega watt smile, and Heidi proves that you can age gracefully, and oh… so beautifully.
Say what you want about Paris Hilton but I have to give her serious credit for not going for the cliche “pumpkins for boobs” pose. It’s not like Paris to pass up an obvious opportunity to get her picture in magazines so I have to give her credit when she does. Of course, she may not have wanted to cover up her own sweater puppies as they are by far the best thing (best things?) about these shots. Don’t get me wrong. Paris looks great in these shots and I’m really liking the dress but the cleavage is clearly the star of the show here. Great photos. It’s nice to see Paris still out and about. This also, however, serves as a reminder that soon – very soon, in fact – Halloween will be here and we’ll all be treated to pictures of various Hollywood starlets in the trashiest Halloween costumes possible. The two I’m looking most forward to? The lady in these photos, of course, and Heidi Klum. These ladies always bring it big time.
I don’t know when Halloween became an excuse for women to dress in the sluttiest costumes imaginable but at some point, that definitely happened. Every year, Paris Hilton is a great example of that. She’s not alone, of course. All sorts of Hollywood starlets seem to choose costumes based on how much skin they’ll be able to show without fearing arrest. It’s not really my cup of tea, honestly. You know whose Halloween costume I look forward to every year? Heidi Klum. She often shows a lot of skin but always in a very interesting, creative way and I think that’s what Halloween is all about. These photos of Paris Hilton attending a Halloween Party in Beverly Hills are a little disappointing to me. First, I swear she wore this same costume a few years back and second, there’s really nothing creative about it. Her friends are far more interesting to look at. I’m sure by the time Halloween has actually come and gone though, we’ll see several more slutty Paris Hilton costumes and they’ll probably be better than this one.
