I enjoy Natalie Portman. She’s just such an unusual sort of celebrity. She’s one of those women that really seems to have everything going for her. She’s beautiful, talented, unique and intelligent. She’s not afraid to tackle smaller, lower budget projects but also doesn’t seem to be against more high budget films either. One gets the impression Natalie does movies she wants to do instead of doing movies that will put more money in her bank account. I both respect and admire that. Plus, she’s smart. There’s nothing sexier, to me anyway, than a woman with intellect. Here on set in Texas, Natalie is showing off a completely different kind of look and I love that. While the style is clearly for the movie, I think it really works for her. This is a woman who can play anything, and I love that about her. I’m not sure what movie these photos are from but I am sure I want to see it.

There has been a lot of talk in the press lately about Lady Gaga’s weight. While I don’t think it’s fair, I love the way she’s handling it. Instead of getting all upset about her new, curvier body, she’s showing it off. I have to admit though, from the looks of these pictures of her going to lunch at Les Pirates restaurant, it looks like much of the weight she gained has already started coming off. Or maybe it hasn’t, but it doesn’t matter either way. While I’m not loving her choice of outfit for her lunch date, I love her “this is who I am” attitude. I always have. I’m also really loving the hair color here. It looks fantastic on her. And finally, I have to mention those shoes. I adore them. I adore them in ways I can’t even explain – unhealthy, obsessive ways that lead me to believe I will dream of these shoes tonight. Christmas is coming. These would make a fantastic gift for yours truly.

I will admit this just this once. I am seriously addicted to Australian soap, “Home and Away”. So much tremendous talent has come from that show. I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if Samara Weaving’s name is one day added to that list. She’s talented, beautiful and seems driven to succeed. Here on Sydney Beach, Samara looks incredible. I love the fact that she doesn’t seem to notice or care about the cameras snapping away at her every move. She’s just a pretty girl enjoying a day at the beach. I always find that so refreshing. While it’s hard to say where her career will go from here, I really do hope it includes lots of great opportunities. She deserves them.

Is it silly of me to think Stacy Keibler is the woman who is finally going to tame notorious bachelor, George Clooney? It is? I don’t care. I want to believe it so I’m going to believe it. I love Stacy. I’ve been a big fan for a long time. She’s such a beautiful woman and she seems so down to earth. Plus these two look great together. Here at the Argo premiere in Los Angeles, Stacy and George are all smiles. I’d like to believe that isn’t just for the cameras but this is Hollywood and little in Hollywood is actually what it appears to be. Still, I really do hope for the best for these too.

So for those of you who aren’t familiar with Zahia Dehar, let me give you a little background. This beauty rose to fame via a scandal involving three French soccer stars. The three men were accused of paying the then underage girl for sex. Following the prostitution scandal, Zahia decided to go legit and started modeling, walking the runway in lingerie at during Paris Couture Week. In these photos snapped in Malibu, Zahia looks gorgeous in a black bathing suit. While I don’t often love people that cash in on a scandal to gain fame, I appreciate the fact that Zahia is actually working for her fame, not just sitting back and riding the scandal to a better position in the public eye. It’s also nice to hear of a teenage prostitute going legit. I just hope she sticks to it and continues to do well.

Okay, I have a lot of dream girls but Kelly is definitely one of them. She’s sexy, curvy and so incredibly beautiful. I know some will argue she’s not as thin as she used to be but I like that. I do like skinny models but I like curvy ones as well. I’m not really on the “real women have curves” team because, as far as I’ve been able to tell anyway, all a woman needs to be considered a “real woman” is a vagina, but hey – what do I know? Maybe my skinny body means I’m not actually a woman after all. Won’t my husband be upset with that. Anyway, beside the point. I am a firm believer that beauty really does come in all sizes and I think Kelly is a great example of that. She looked killer thin and she looks killer with a little more meat on her bones. Love this lady – always a pleasure to get new pictures of her to write about.
