Recently, she was voted as the winner of the “Fug Madness 2008.” This title was given for the worst dressed celebrity. The website that counted the votes had about 1 million votes in 10 days. So Bai Ling won the title.

Former “The O.C.” star Mischa Barton, although recently rumored to have a down spiraling career, seems busy these days. In fact, she recently graced the MTV Australia Awards. This first photo seems interesting – it seems as if the girl in the red cap is asking Mischa for some money to put in the can! Is it like some sort of a donation drive or something? Anyways, Mischa showed up wearing a white and black flecked coat that looked like ostrich hair! Or am I wrong? What do you think?

For someone who’s supposed to celebrate her 18th birthday party, it seemed that “Harry Potter” female lead and cutie Emma Watson didn’t appear too jovial. Perhaps maybe because she suffered a slight wardrobe malfunction before she exited her car (see upskirt photos after the jump)? Anyhow, Emma, with just very light makeup (you can easily notice her gloriously beautiful skin), and simple black dress, celebrated her 18th birthday at Automat restaurant. Happy birthday pretty!
