Wearing their costumes (or probably every day wear, who knows) at the Roberto Cavalli Vodka and Giuseppe Cipriani Halloween Party in New York City, they surely emphasized the need for a pimp and his hooker nanny at the party! Coco should have just saved time and effort and showed up naked!
