I know a whole lot of people don’t like Victoria Silvstedt but I’ve never really been able to understand why. I know there have been some less than flattering photos of her posted on this site over the years but for the most part, I think she usually looks pretty good. In these photos, snapped on a yacht in France, I think Victoria looks fantastic. Is she too phony? Maybe, but I think she looks good, phony or not. It doesn’t look like she’s trying too hard in these photos and I appreciate that. Of course there will always be people who disagree with me but Victoria posts seem to get the most debate. I guess she’s one of those people you love or you hate. I personally love her. I guess that’s just the way it goes sometimes.

Selena Gomez really is a pretty girl, isn’t she? She seems to get prettier and prettier every time I see her. There’s just something so refreshing about a young woman that isn’t trying to appear older or more mature than she actually is. As Selena grows, we are seeing a more mature look, yes, but it seems to be a natural thing. Some of her contemporaries are trying so hard to prove that they’re older that they’re mistaking trashy for mature and that’s frightening to me. When I was Selena’s age, I was taking my time to enjoy my youth. It doesn’t last forever, after all. It seems Selena is taking that same approach. Is she single? Is she dating you-know-who? I don’t care in the least. Let her have her privacy. Let her enjoy her life and her youth. She’s a talented, pretty young lady who could really make a great career for herself if she continues on the path she’s on. I hope that happens.

I will probably never love reality television stars the same way I love people who become famous for having some sort of discernible talent but I do made exceptions here and there and Lucy Mecklenburgh is one such exception. I’m not sure what it is about this woman that I like so much but there’s definitely something there. It’s more than just the reality star exception though. I’m not a fan of yellow, especially bright yellow, but I think the color really works for Lucy in these bikini photos. That probably has a little something to do with the incredible body wearing the suit but all the same, I’m not a yellow fan but I am a huge fan of these photos. Lucy looks incredible. Grat pictures.

Oh Melissa Satta – I’m not sure why I’m ever surprised by this woman looking incredible. It seems as if looking incredible is just what she does. I suppose that’s just the way it is for some women. They can roll out of bed looking stunning and I suspect Melissa is just such a woman. These photos are exceptional. In my always humble opinion, Melissa has one of the best bodies in the entertainment industry. She’s fit and athletic but also isn’t rake thin. That’s always nice to see. I’m sure she works out a lot to stay in the shape she’s in. It’s nice to see her also taking a little time to relax and enjoy a beautiful day on the beach.

I am a little back and forth on Vida Guerra. Sometimes I feel like she’s a little too stuck on herself and other times I feel like she’s too pretty to care. I’m leaning more toward the latter in these photos. There is a time and a place for everything. The beach is definitely the time and place to show off your body and for that reason, I’m never too hard on women who are showing off their bodies on the beach. To use a tired cliche, if you’ve got it, flaunt it and Vida’s definitely got it. I especially like these photos because she seems to just be relaxing and having a good time. Sometimes Vida looks a little too posed for me but that isn’t the case here. These are some excellent snaps.

I’ve run out of things to say about “Teen Bride” Courtney Stodden. Does anyone really even care about this girl anymore? Is she still considered a celebrity? I know this girl is doing everything she can to hold on to her fifteen minutes of fame but the clock is running out. She can’t be the “teen bride” much longer and once that schtick wears off, what does she have left? Does she have a talent of some sort? I’m guessing her talent is being hot and being more than willing to be as trashy as she needs to be to keep cameras flashing but there’s a shelf life to that kind of fame and it isn’t a long one. In these photos from Villa Blanca in Beverly Hills, Courtney isn’t showing us anything we haven’t seen a million times before. Here’s a tip, Courtney – you want to be famous for real? Develop a talent. Take some acting classes. Learn to play an instrument. Depend on something other than your body to get people’s attention. Using your body to make people pay attention isn’t just desperate, it’s sad. People might grow to like you, and even respect you, if you did something worth liking or respecting.
