Sometimes even the painfully obvious demands to be stated. For that reason, I’ll just go ahead and state the obvious again – Jessica Alba is a smoking hot bikini babe. I love this woman. I love everything about this woman. I love her acting (in most things), I love the fact that she speaks her mind (even when I don’t agree) and I absolutely love the fact that she never looks happier than when she does when she’s with her children. I can just imagine what a great mother she is to her children and I find that appealing. Jessica just seems like the kind of woman that isn’t all about her fame. How refreshing! There are more important things in life and we can clearly see that in these photos. I love Jessica. Beautiful, talented and down to earth – girl can do no wrong.

How many of you have heard about the whole “thinspiration”/Kate Upton controversy from a few days ago? If you haven’t heard, basically it went something like this – some blog about skinny girl pride posted an absolutely cruel diatribe against Kate Upton (whom I think is gorgeous, for the record) and got in all sorts of trouble. Here’s the thing about that and here’s how it relates to these pictures of Aida Yespica. I don’t think there is anything wrong with Aida although I’ve heard other people talk about her being too skinny. Some women are just naturally very thin. Other women prefer to strive for a thin frame. I don’t see a problem with either of those things as long as the woman is healthy and takes care of herself. I’m a naturally thin woman myself – probably about as thin as Aida although I have much less muscle definition than her – and I look in the mirror and feel too thin. That doesn’t mean I think Aida is too thin. I think she’s a stunning woman that looks great in a bikini. At the same time, Kate, who is a little curvier, is more what I would like to look like myself. What bugs me about the skinny versus chubby debate is the fact that it exists at all. Every woman has her own body type and should be able to feel good about how they look. Shaming them for their body – if they’re healthy – is cruel and completely unnecessary, especially when the cruel comments are made by a nameless, faceless individual who isn’t risking having their own appearance picked apart.

I like a girl that has the guts to chop off their long locks in favor of something shorter. I especially like when the change is a flattering one. I think Julianne Hough has chosen the absolute perfect style for her face and for her personality. It’s youthful, fun and a little flirty – just like Julianne. Of course it’s a bit hard to pay attention to her hair when she’s wearing that gorgeous red bikini. Add to that her adorable dogs and I’m surprised I noticed her hair at all. I think Julianne is fabulous. She’s multi-talented and absolutely stunning. I’m thrilled to write about her every time I’m given the chance.

Sometimes a woman gets everyone talking but I can’t for the life of me understand why. Men around the world seem to crumble at the mention of her name and I find myself perplexed. That is not the case with Sofia Vergara. Men all over the world are madly in lust with this woman and the reason why couldn’t be more obvious. She’s smoking freaking hot and has a body that just doesn’t stop. She’s confident and clearly knows a thing or two about making the most out of her sex appeal. She also happens to be hilarious in interviews and talented as an actress. Here in Cozumel, Mexico, Sofia is just as gorgeous as I would expect, wearing a beautiful swimsuit and cover up that flatters her body in every conceivable way. What a stunning creature. I can’t possibly say enough nice things about her.

I’ve made it pretty clear that I’m not a big fan of reality stars. I like Kim Kardashian’s style but I don’t like her. Kendall Jenner is a bit different to me for some reason. I think she’s just a normal teenage girl, famous family aside, and she’s having a little fun playing with the attention she gets. I don’t know I would behave much differently if I were her. Her family is famous. To her, fame and maybe even fame whoring is just a normal part of life. What I like about Kendall most though is that when she isn’t posing for a photographer, she actually looks like she’s pretty normal. These pictures of Kendall in Malibu could be of any girl her age at the beach. She’s having fun and wearing a fairly age-appropriate bikini complete with a fun, ocean themed print. I think these pics are great. I hope she sticks with this more relaxed attitude about fame and doesn’t become too attention-whorey. That would be a shame, although it wouldn’t entirely be unexpected.

Before I even post this, I can already see the comments in my head. Kelly Brook just seems to inspire passionate responses in people, and they’re usually not terribly favorable. Here on vacation in Italy, I think Kelly looks great but I know people are going to disagree with that assessment. Kelly isn’t stick thin and people really seem to have a problem with that. Maybe she could use a little toning up, but I would rather see someone looking healthy and full figured than someone looking anorexic and frail. Sure there is plenty of middle ground but just in terms of those two extremes, I have my preference. I guess that’s the thing about opinions. Everyone has their own and is entitled to share it. I think Kelly is beautiful and I’m the only person I am able to speak for. Your opinion is your own. Feel free to share it in the comments section. That’s what it’s there for.
