Katy Perry held a press conference to make a big announcement. Perry said she was awarded the contract for hosting the 2008 MTV Europe Music Awards. This press release was given at Saint Georges Hall, in Liverpool, England. Perry wore a floral dress and looked demured. Perry said she was amazed with her big chance at exposing herself in Europe.
