Rihanna

There is just something about a woman in a cowboy hat that sets my heart all aflutter. When that woman happens to be Rihanna and she also happens to be wearing a bikini, I start getting a little concerned about my health. That is probably why these photos of Rihanna (taken in Hawaii) are such a mixed blessing for me. I’m kidding, of course. I love the photos. Rihanna looks absolutely beautiful and just as laid back as ever but the cowboy hat really adds something extra for me. I’m also a big fan of the fringe on the bikini. More than any of that though, I like that it looks like Rihanna isn’t wearing any makeup. I love that. It always seems so strange when women hit the beach with their faces all done up like they’re going to a photo shoot. This woman doesn’t need all of that. Sure she looks great with makeup but she looks just as good without it. She’s a natural beauty and it’s nice to see her let that natural beauty shine through every now and again.

For a long time, it seemed Rihanna and Katy Perry were the best of friends but then something changed. Rihanna didn’t attend Katy’s India wedding to Russell Brand and the two weren’t seen together for quite some time. If these pictures from the 54th Annual Grammy Awards are any indication though, rumors of their friendship ending were greatly exaggerated. Rihanna is, in my humble opinion, one of the most beautiful women in the music industry today with Katy Perry right along side her. I love that Katy stuck to her unique sense of style with the crimped blue hair but also that she wore a lovely dress a little less radical than what she often wears. Rihanna took an entirely different route keeping things surprisingly simple but incredibly classy. Both ladies look absolutely beautiful. I’m glad to see them together again.

Rihanna really seems to be having the time of her life on this holiday she’s on. So far we’ve seen her on the beach, surfing and taking quiet solo strolls around town. Today, we find Rihanna going for a swim and doing a little snorkeling. As always, Rihanna looks incredible. I love the fact that Rihanna has something different going on in each set of pictures I get of her. I also love the fact that she isn’t stick thin like some of the female celebrities I get bikini shots of. She has a real body and she isn’t afraid to show that body off. There’s something about Rihanna that speaks to me. Perhaps it’s her originality or the fact that she genuinely seems like a down to earth sort of girl. No matter what the reason, Rihanna is one of my absolute favorites. It’s good to see her looking so happy.

Rihanna, Rihanna, Rihanna. How is it that you get more attractive with each new set of pictures I get? I think you’ve reached the height of your hotness, another set comes in and there you are, even more beautiful than the last set. I don’t know about the rest of you, but I definitely think Rihanna’s vacation is paying off. The woman is looking relaxed, refreshed and like she’s having an awesome time. Here’s the deal with those rumors I shared a few posts back.
Chris Brown is denying he’s back with Rihanna. It’s looking more and more to me like it’s all media created hype. She and Chris were spotted at the same club a short time ago (I’m not sure how she finds the time!) but they left separately. What the majority of media outlets who picked up on the story failed to mention was that Chris was there with his girlfriend. You know, the girlfriend that isn’t his Rihanna? Funny how the majority of the media didn’t think that little detail was worth mentioning. All the same, I respect whatever decisions Rihanna makes in her life. It’s her business, not mine. All the same, there is a big part of me that’s happy these rumors are just that – rumors.

I love Rihanna as much as the next person, perhaps even more, but I have to admit, I’m a little bit worried about her. According to several popular gossip sites/magazines she has been spending time with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown and has even been flying to see him in LA. I’m really hoping that isn’t true. Of course what she does with her life is her decision. Of course it’s entirely possible he’s changed. It just concerns me. If I had to guess, I’d say the rumors aren’t true. I’ve seen a lot of pictures of Rihanna, especially pictures like these from her vacation in Hawaii. Chris hasn’t been in any of these pictures and judging by how many pictures have shown up, I have to assume she’s been in Hawaii for a while. Perhaps that’s wishful thinking on my part but until I know for sure otherwise, that’s the assumption I’m going to go with. Rihanna is a strong, confident, beautiful woman regardless of whether or not the rumors are true and I respect her deeply. If she chooses to take him back, that’s her decision and I’ll stand by her. Doesn’t mean I won’t worry for her though.

I know I say this just about every time I post about Rihanna but I say it from the heart. I love Rihanna. She’s beautiful – absolutely stunning. On top of that, she seems to be such a normal, down to earth sort of woman in her every day life, even if her casual attire still has that Rihanna flare to it. Take these pictures from her Hawaii vacation, for example. She’s just going about her day, taking a walk, wearing a bikini and a cover up dress kind of thing. When I’m on vacation, just walking to or from the beach, I do the exact same thing. Granted you’d have to replace the word ‘bikini’ with ‘granny style one piece suit’ and would have to imagine a much more conservative cover up in place of the rather revealing pink number Rihanna’s sporting but in all honesty, if I looked like Rihanna, I’d be wearing the same thing. These pictures show her looking very relaxed, just like a person should look on vacation. I’ll say it again. I love this girl.
