There is a lot I love about Selena Gomez. She’s talented. She’s pretty. She seems down to earth and she doesn’t seem to be in a rush to grow up. Some of Selena’s contemporaries seem to be in such a rush to prove that they’re adults that they seem to have no problem at all taking their clothes off any time a photographer has a camera pointed at them. While Selena does pose for racy photo shoots every now and again, they’re certainly not the norm. She’s maturing and taking more control of her sexuality but not in a desperate for attention, desperate to prove herself sort of way. I think these photos for Adidas NEO really show that. She looks grown up and mature but she doesn’t look like she’s showing as much skin as possible. I often find photos like these sexier than super racy, half naked photos because they leave something to the imagination and because the sex appeal is about more than flesh. Instead, it’s about attitude and there’s nothing sexier than a girl with confidence to me.

Is my title a little harsh? Maybe but Farrah Abraham has really, really ticked me off. For a long time, I said she wasn’t that bad. No, she wasn’t that bad at all. She was just misunderstood and hey, she was under a lot of pressure. My view of her changed drastically in the light of her sex tape revelations. My problem is not the sex tape. My problem is not even the fact that it was more of a straight up porn flick than a ‘leaked’ sex tape (which just sounds icky, by the way). My problem is that she lied about it. She lied about it a lot and she thought the public – not to mention her fans – would be too stupid to figure it out. Yes, that is my problem with Farrah Abraham. Now, for those of you that don’t know what I’ve got my panties all in a twist about, I’ll give you the broad strokes. Word got around that there was a Farrah Abraham sex tape and Farrah immediately denied such a tape existed, following that up by admitting there was a tape and threatening to sue anyone that released it – all pretty much par for the course in the world of celebrity sex tapes. All in all, pretty yawn worthy stuff. Then came news that Abraham’s co-star in this ‘sex tape’ was James Deen – one of the most well known male actors in the adult film industry today. Seemed a little, well, suspicious, at least. When asked if he was dating Farrah, James basically confirmed what everyone was already beginning to suspect. This was no sex tape. This was a porn flick. They met, were tested together and then filmed the movie in front of a camera crew. There was nothing private about this. It was porn that was intended to be sold to the highest bidder. I have no problem at all with porn stars. I think porn is awesome but come on, at least have the respect for your fans to be honest about it. Insulting our intelligence is just plain disrespectful and as a result, any remaining respect I had for this woman is gone.

Ah, Claudia Romani – so sexy, so fun, so flawless in a bikini. I absolutely love this babe. I love everything about her. She’s got a killer body, a pretty face and a killer smile. She also has that confident but not conceited vibe about her that I find so appealing. I think these may be my favorite Claudia Romani bikini pics to date which is really saying something considering some of the competition they’re up against but the hula hoop really wins me over. It just looks like she’s having so much fun. She isn’t taking herself too seriously and is instead having a good time and I really find that appealing. She’s a beautiful woman and this is a great set of photos.

Everybody stand back – that thing is about to blow. That little metal dealie in the middle – the thing struggling to restrain Tamara Ecclestone’s enormous boobs – is going to fly off and take someone’s eye out. Seriously though, I think Tamara would’ve been better served by a slightly larger bikini top but the real question is whether or not the pictures still would’ve been as sexy as they are. I think yes, but maybe that’s just me. I think Tamara is a beautiful woman. She has a fantastic body and she looks killer in these photos. I honestly prefer the more covered up photos but only because I think there’s something so sexy about a woman in a body hugging dress. These pictures are fantastic. Love them.

I love Penelope Cruz. I think she’s classy, beautiful, talented and she looks damn good in a bikini, baby bump or no baby bump. I have always had a special place in my heart for pregnant women who aren’t ashamed of their bulging bellies. With that said, I find it a little … bizarre, we’ll say, when a woman feels the need to pose naked with the exposed baby bump for magazine covers and glossy photo spreads. It was inspiring when Demi Moore did it. She took control and proved that a woman can be pregnant and sexy. But it’s been done now. It’s been done and done and done. We get it. You’re proud of your belly and that’s cool but do we need to see a naked photo spread to be convinced? No! And Penelope Cruz has proved that in these shots from Barbados. She’s just out enjoying a nice day in a bikini. I think that’s fantastic.

I get that Helen Hunt isn’t everyone idea of beautiful but she’s certainly mind. I have loved this woman since I was but a young thing and over the years, that love hasn’t faded. Not even a little bit. I think she’s wonderfully talented and incredibly beautiful and I think these photos really give us the chance to see how beautiful. She has a great body and seems so comfortable in her own skin. To me, there’s nothing sexier than confidence and I think that’s something Helen really has a lot of. I don’t see her as often as I’d like to but perhaps that will change. Although maybe it’s best if it doesn’t. These photos of Helen were a rare treat which made them feel special. I like that. I write about a lot of the same women over and over again – not that I’m complaining. I write about a lot of very beautiful women. It’s just nice to have a change of pace every now and again, especially when it’s with someone as gorgeous as Helen.
