Here we have Kate Beckinsale loosening up a little bit while running some errands in Brentwood. Kate is seen here leaving a drugstore with the wee one and we can see that Kate is a child at heart. And even when she is making a simple drugstore run, Kate is looking pretty darn fine. With leggings, boots, and a fur vest paired with some fly shades, Kate is completely reinventing the uber casual look.
Now if everybody goes to the grocery just like how “Underworld” lead actress Kate Beckinsale does, you can just imagine the thousands of people who will then hit the store just to ogle at pretty, beautiful ladies shopping for toys, diapers and milk! I have a lot of girl crushes. I have a lot of big time girl crushes. There’s Carmen Electra – one of my first girl crushes – and Sandra Bullock. There’s Katy Perry and Rihanna. There’s Fairuza Balk. There’s Kate Beckinsale. I have a lot of girl crushes for a straight chick. I get that. None of those crushes, however, outshines my girl crush on Rose McGowan. I’d consider switching teams for a lot of the women I just mentioned but there would be no consideration involved with Rose. I adore her. She’s stunning. I don’t care how much work she’s had done. I don’t even really care what she looks like. My crush on Rose is all about her attitude. She’s just a confident, tough, independent, outspoken woman and I am so incredibly attracted to all of those qualities. These photos, shot in Paris, show the glammed up Rose I so love seeing. I love this woman. Marry me, Rose! That’s perfectly legal here. Of course, I’m already married but I’m sure something could be arranged.
I love Jennifer Nicole Lee … in theory. Her story is inspiring and she’s worked incredibly hard to get where she is in her life. I respect that and I respect her for that so there is a big part of me that wants to look the other way on this one. I can’t though. It wouldn’t be fair to the other celebs I would trash for wearing this outfit or have trashed for wearing similar outfits. I wrote a post about Kate Beckinsale yesterday and mentioned that there is often a fine line between self confident and arrogant. There is also sometimes a fine line between sexy and sleazy. With this outfit, I feel Jennifer has done somersaults over both of those lines. Jennifer works hard to look the way she looks but in these photos she just looks like a working girl, if you get my meaning. Yes she looks sexy but she also looks entirely trashy. I’d expect to see an outfit like this on someone like Shauna Sands or that “Teen Bride” bimbo – not a fitness guru who expects to be taken seriously. I know this all sounds harsh, but it’s my opinion. I really do adore Jennifer and I respect what she’s done with her life but if anyone else were wearing this kind of getup while apparently running errands, I’d be writing the same thing. Sorry Jennifer – just not a fan of this look.
Spike TV organized their Scream Awards on Saturday night, Oct 18, at the Greek Theater in L.A. This was their 3rd anniversary. The Cream Awards honored the best in fantasy, sci-fi, comics and horror. Kristin Bell wore a sexy, slinky dress for this red carpet event. Other celebrities who attended were Rosario Dawson, Kate Beckinsale, Milla Jovovich, Stan Lee, the Osbournes, Seth Rogan, AnnaLynne McCord, Winona Ryder, Liv Tyler and more celebrities. The highlight of the Awards was when George Lucas walked on stage to accept the Comic-Con Icon Award.
