Here in Barbados, you once again prove you’re okay with being a little more curvy than the average babe on the beach and you’re even sexier for it. Claire Sweeney is likely best known for playing Lindsey Corkhill on ‘Brookside’ and for her appearance on ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ but as of right now, she is more or less an unknown in the US. It seems that upon trying to break into the business in the US she was told she needed to be at least a UK size six. Instead of taking drastic measures to lose the weight Hollywood wanted her to lose, she went the other way with it. She agreed to a documentary in which she would pack on weight to show how easy it is to become overweight. She then struggled to lose the weight. I personally have never found anything wrong with women having a few extra curves, but I know people are going to look at these pictures and have all manner of rude comments. It’s kind of sad, really but I guess that’s the way the business is.

Although I occasionally stray, Adriana Lima is now and always will be my favorite model. Sometimes I forget how hot she is, but then photos like these surface and I remember why I love her so much. She’s just ridiculous. I mean, it’s almost scary how hot she is. Her eyes could kill a person and let’s not forget that body. She’s just fantastic. In these pictures, she shows off that incredible body and those killer eyes by posing with flowers that pale in comparison to her beauty. They’re probably jealous. I know I would be. They probably want to wilt out of shame. There’s just no way anything could look beautiful when next to Adriana. It’s scientifically impossible. Scientifically.

Kate Bosworth is hot so who cares if she’s wearing shorts that look like she may have inadvertently sat on a Smurf – or a few Smurfs or Smurves, maybe? What is the plural for Smurf? Anyway, Kate’s kind of really gorgeous but I can’t help wondering what happened to her career. I’ve liked her in everything I’ve seen her in, but when I really think about it, that’s only really been a few different things. I suppose that matters about as much as the proper plural form of ‘Smurf’ considering how hot she is. Sure she really doesn’t have an ass to speak of, but one can’t be too picky. Her legs are ridiculous so if the ass doesn’t please you, look a little lower.

Everything – absolutely everything – about Sofia Vergara is fierce. She is the definition of woman. She isn’t a rake thin little thing with no hips, boobs or ass to speak of. She’s curvy and beautiful in all the right places. Here in LA, Sofia puts on some tight black leggings and a pair of black heels and works it like she’s on the runway. It doesn’t hurt that she also happens to be a wonderfully talented and funny actress. Although there have been reports that she can be a bit of a diva, who really cares. At the end of the day, Sofia is a fine woman that can make any jaws drop and heads turn without letting everything hang out. That’s enough to give any woman a bit of an ego.

The real tragedy of Repo! A Genetic Opera was that Paris Hilton was in it. I have a real love hate thing going on with Paris but, while she did a great job in Repo, I couldn’t help being a little perturbed by the fact that Paris stole the spotlight from young Alexa Vega. As Shilo Wallace, Alexa burst out of the Spy Kids shadow and really showed the world that she was all grown up. At least she would have if Paris hadn’t stolen the show. Regardless, since then, I have been in love with this girl. She’s beautiful, talented and seems to have a good head on her shoulders. It’s easy to get caught up in the fame game and lose a part of yourself, but Alexa seems to have both feet planted firmly on the ground. Always nice to see in young Hollywood. I think she has a great career ahead of her, regardless of what path she chooses to take.
