Amanda Seyfried. What can I say about Amanda Seyfried that hasn’t already been said? She’s beautiful and surprisingly talented. She even looks good when she’s doing something as simple as moving. Who looks hot while they move? Amanda, apparently. Anywho, when last I spoke of Amanda, I said I hoped she didn’t get screwed over by Ryan Phillippe the way Reese did. What did I hear a few short weeks (maybe even days) after that post? That she got screwed over by Phillippe. She seems to be handling it well though. When asked about the drama she laughed it off. I’m sure there were tears later but honey, you are way too pretty to be shedding tears over that guy. Seriously.

Amanda Seyfried is one of my favorite young actresses in Hollywood right now. I’ve been a big fan of her work since Mean Girls and love that she’s finally starting to get some of the attention she deserves. While it’s true that I didn’t really care for ‘Dear John’ or ‘Letters to Juliet’, they got her name out there and got people looking at her as a realistic leading lady. I think she has real talent which she gets to really put on display in Big Love. While I’m sad to see the show ending, I’m excited to see where Amanda’s career takes her. I am disheartened, however, to see her getting mixed up with notorious womanizer Ryan Phillippe. Hopefully things work out better for her with him than they did for Reese Witherspoon and Abbie Cornish.

Way back in 2004, I saw a movie and I fell in love with an actress. The movie was Mean Girls and the actress was Amanda Seyfried. I love the fact that Amanda is finally starting to come into her own and get the attention she deserves. It’s a little odd though. She’s been in a lot of movies I didn’t really like – Dear John and Letters to Juliet to name two recent examples – but I always love her performances. I couldn’t be more excited to see her in the upcoming Red Riding Hood and am positive more great things are coming in her future. I can’t wait to see where she takes her career. This woman is gorgeous and talented – a rare combination in Hollywood these days.

She might be practicing her moves, but she certainly wanted to point out that huge bruise on her upper right arm. Wonder how it got there? Is that why she is practicing karate? Amanda Bynes got to be a part of the Heart Truth Red Dress Collection 2009 fashion show during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at The Tent in Bryant Park, New York City. She may have been glad to be included in the fashion show, but the fans got the real treat. The 22-year-old Amanda wore a satin Daniel Swarovski mini-dress along with Swarovski belt and Yves Saint Laurent platform heels as she strutted across the runway.
