So my history with Vanessa Hudgens is a little complicated. When I first started writing for this sit, I was decidedly anti-Hudgens, feeling she was nothing but another annoying Disney brat with too much money and not enough common sense. In the years since, I have really come to like and respect Vanessa. Yes, she had a hard go of it for a while and yes, it was all her fault but she didn’t retreat and hide. She moved on. She kept working and kept going about her life and eventually, all of it was a distant memory that Vanessa seemed to have risen above. What I like most about Vanessa though is her willingness to take chances with her career. I think that could really pay off in the long run. In any event, in these shots, something crazy has happened. I’m more focused on looking at beautiful Vanessa than trying to figure out whether I hate or love Nic Cage today. That man confuses the crap out of me. Is he talented? I honestly have no freaking idea. Ugh. But… yay! Vanessa!

I had a rather lengthy conversation about the stars of High School Musical with a friend of mine the other day. It was around the time Zac Efron reignited rumors that he’s a big ole cokehead. Ashley Tisdale came up during this conversation seeing as she is also a star of the former hit teen franchise alongside Zac and Zac’s former love, Vanessa Hudgens. I said I think Ashley and possibly even Vanessa have more staying power than Zac. Guys seems to have a harder time escaping that tween label than girls do. Ashley especially has an advantage as it could be argued that she wasn’t exactly the star of the franchise. She’s already branched out with her guest spot on Sons of Anarchy. I think, if she plays her cards right, Ashley could stick around for the long haul which I’d love to see as then we’d get to see more photos like these ones of The Tis in Los Angeles. Love her.

There are so many, many, many things I love about Shakira. She’s incredibly beautiful. She has a wicked body and knows how to move it. She writes great pop songs. She’s also not a dumb, blond pop tart. This woman has a brain and she seems committed to learning more all the time which is so appealing for me. I could imagine sitting down and having a real conversation with a woman like Shakira. She’s also passionate about doing good in the world. Seriously folks, look it up. She’s a remarkable woman. She also looks great in a bikini, as she shows in these shots, snapped in Hawaii.

Do I like Olivia Munn or don’t I? I have no idea and that bugs me. That should really be a fairly easy question to answer but no. No it is not. She’s a beautiful woman, yes, and she really knows how to turn the sexy on … sometimes. In these shots from the God’s Love We Deliver Golden Heart Awards Celebration in NYC, I’m not sure I really find her all that attractive. Her body is great, sure but that’s never been enough for me. I need more than just a pretty body and, in these shots at least, I’m not sure I’m getting that. I think the problem may be the dress. It shows off her best features but I don’t really like the style or the design. I guess this is just one of those photo sets that I don’t like. It happens.
