Hey look, everyone! Miley Cyrus wearing barely anything on the American Music Awards red carpet in LA. That’s totally new and shocking! We’ve never seen her half naked before. Seriously, Miley Cyrus? This is how you show us you’re all grown up? I have a better idea. Put out a movie that doesn’t target an audience of 12-16 year old girls. How about maybe making some music that isn’t mindless pop junk. Being a slut and flashing your body doesn’t make you grown up or mature. I mean, a lot of people can use a lot of words to describe Katy Perry – also known for flashing her body – but mature probably wouldn’t be on that list. And really, who wants another Katy Perry? We already have one. I wouldn’t mind seeing the real Miley Cyrus for once. Wouldn’t that be fun?

Juliette Lewis is pretty hot, right? But she’s not the typical, boring, bland sort of hot you usually see in Hollywood actresses. No, Juliette Lewis is a special kind of hot. She’s the kind of hot that makes me a little afraid. Sure she’s pretty but I’m also well aware that she’s also more than capable of kicking my ass. Probably with her hands tied behind her back somehow. I love the girl, but she plays crazy just a little too well. I mean, Kalifornia? Natural Born Killers? Classic roles and brilliantly acted but if she’s not a little crazy herself she is the most phenomenal actress I’ve ever seen because she played both of those roles perfectly. So perfectly, in fact, that seeing her in her bikini in Los Cabos, Mexico makes me a little afraid. I’m scared she’s going to somehow know I’m ogling her hot body, show up at my door ‘My Name Is Earl’ bounty hunter style and knock my teeth out.

Bar Refaeli is one of my favorite models working in the industry today. I don’t know what it is about her that I find so appealing but I’m sure it has something to do with the fine features on display in this “Bonita de Mas” lingerie photoshoot. She has the ability to look sexy without looking cheap – almost looking glamorous while posing in her underwear. That’s not something many women can pull off. At the same time, she has an almost ‘girl next door’ type of appeal with a wholesome face and innocent yet sexy eyes. She’s one of the new breed of models that doesn’t seem to have drama following them at every turn. That may mean she’s largely ignored by the press (aside from when she’s with her sometimes boyfriend Leo DiCaprio) but that only makes her more appealing. I’m sure there are skeletons in her closet and I’m sure she has her vices, but when a babe is this hot – it’s hard to imagine she wouldn’t.

In a world full of drama and scandal prone teen idols, Selena Gomez is a breath of fresh air. In these pictures from behind the scenes for her 2011 clothing line, Selena looks fresh faced, innocent and beautiful. She doesn’t need to flash her various body parts to feel try to get her name in the headlines; although that might be why her more rehab inclined counterparts get more attention. The great thing about Gomez is you really get the feeling that while she might like a little more of the spotlight shining on her, she knows the kind of attention her peers get isn’t the kind of attention she wants. I don’t want this to come across in any way as a dig at Demi Lovato. I think it took a lot of guts for a girl her age to admit she has problems she needs help with. Even so, it’s nice to see her pal Selena looking healthy, happy and – most importantly – drama free.

Way back in 2004, I saw a movie and I fell in love with an actress. The movie was Mean Girls and the actress was Amanda Seyfried. I love the fact that Amanda is finally starting to come into her own and get the attention she deserves. It’s a little odd though. She’s been in a lot of movies I didn’t really like – Dear John and Letters to Juliet to name two recent examples – but I always love her performances. I couldn’t be more excited to see her in the upcoming Red Riding Hood and am positive more great things are coming in her future. I can’t wait to see where she takes her career. This woman is gorgeous and talented – a rare combination in Hollywood these days.

Finally! The fire engine red is gone! I knew Rihanna wouldn’t stick with the same fading hair color too long, but I was starting to lose patience. Can I just say that I love the purple she’s rocking here on MTV’s “The Seven” in Times Square. The outfit, on the other hand, leaves a lot to be desires. I love Rihanna. I love her music and I love her attitude. Generally speaking, I also love her style. I’m not feeling this one though. I hate this new trend of high wasted shorts. Beyond that, I’ve never been a big fan of girls who touch their under junk in public. Maybe it’s sexy to men, but I just don’t get the appeal. I have the same problem with men pointing to their junk. I guess it’s just a thing for me. Anyway, Ri Ri looks gorgeous – outfit and crotch rubbing aside.
