I’ll admit I was one of the many people out there who sort of forgot Jennifer Lopez existed. Every now and then she’d be in some new movie I wouldn’t watch or release a new song that I wouldn’t listen to. Sometimes she’d fall in stage while performing her brand new song about expensive shoes us normal folk can’t afford and yeah, I’d YouTube that. When she was announced as a judge for American Idol, I rolled my eyes and pitied anyone that had to work with the notorious diva. Then I heard Steven Tyler was going to be a judge and hated life. I love Steven Tyler but watching him on AI would mean I’d have to put up with J-lo. I tuned in because, well, Steven Tyler! Lo and behold, Lopez is actually pretty good for the show. I think it shows a human side of her many people didn’t believe existed. It doesn’t hurt that she’s still a fox. I was never a Dancing With the Stars fan and only started watching last season because Brandy was there and I love that girl. Perhaps I picked a bad season to start watching. I loved Audrina Patridge. Granted, I didn’t care much for her before the show, but I thought she was really trying and was a pretty good dancer. Then, as quick as she appeared, she was gone. I was upset. Luckily, the shockingly early dismissal doesn’t seem to have gotten her down for long. Audrina bounced back and now has another reality show. I can’t help but wonder, though – does this girl even remember what it’s like not to have cameras following her all the time. It’s like she’s living a reality show existence, bouncing from one televised event to the next. Hey, keeps her name out there though, so I guess its not such a bad deal after all. Maybe I should have my own reality show too. It can follow me through my day as I write snarky captions about celebrities and feed my cat. Yeah. Maybe I shouldn’t have my own show.

I have loved Julia Stiles since I was just a teenager watching her in ’10 Things I Hate About You’. I lost track of her for a while after ‘Save the Last Dance’ but fell in love all over again watching her play the revenge minded Lumen on one of my favorite shows of all time, ‘Dexter’. She has a killer body (no pun intended, Dex fans) even if she’s a little lacking in the boobs department. With rumors that Stiles may have been dating her Dexter co-star Michael C. Hall and that fling may have been responsible for Michael splitting with wife Jennifer Carpenter (who plays Hall’s sister, Deb), my opinion on Stiles is beginning to change. I mean, sleeping with married men is bad but screwing up the chemistry on Dexter – unforgivable.

I think I’ve mentioned how much I love Candice Swanepoel. There are few women in this world that would make me consider switching teams and this lady is one of them. Until now, I’ve really only seen her in lingerie and bikinis so I was pretty sure my affection for her mostly had to do with her smoking hot body. Then this pictures come along and I have to reevaluate that hypothesis. Here she is, fully clothed and she still looks crazy hot. I love the attitude she conveys in these pictures. Using nothing but the way she looks in the camera, Candice turns on the sass. Love her. Love everything about her. This is a name that is going to take the modeling world by storm. Someday, her name will be talked about alongside the Klums of the world and I can’t wait for that day.

I’ll admit, I didn’t know who Amy Childs was before I started researching this post. Apparently, she’s a bit of a reality star – a British Heidi Montag or Lauren Conrad. I’ve never seen her show, ‘The Only Way is Essex’, so I can’t really say much about her or the show. From what I hear, it’s pretty awful, but again, who am I to judge a show I’ve never seen. In any event, this is Amy Childs leaving the Funky Buddha nightclub after being denied entry to the ‘Playboy Energy Drink’ party being held there because her cast member and party companion Harry Derbidge is only 16 years old. She’s pretty hot either way.

I’ve always been a fan of Pamela Anderson although I can’t exactly explain why. She’s kind of the epitome of blond bimbo and I generally don’t like that, but there’s something about Pam I identify with. I love her outspoken support of animal rights even if I sometimes think PETA goes a bit overboard in it’s methods. I have to say though, after looking at these pictures of Pam on Big Brother, Mumbai, she’s really starting to show her age. While some in Hollywood (the vast minority) choose to age gracefully, Pam is really going to other way with it; trying to conceal her age with pounds of makeup and those eyes? I dunno – maybe she thought the whole dead eyes thing works for her, but it just kind of looks a bit too creepy. The last few times I’ve seen Pam she’s left me scratching my head. I’d like to see her look not so desperate.
