It’s true that you aren’t going to attain just what you need if you aren’t willing to work really hard for it. As such, it comes as no surprise to see Nicola McLean work so hard for her new job. We’re all waiting for the outcome of what happens when Nicola McLean gets in training for her new job at TalkSport radio. Well, surely she seems determined to get into the skin of her character and the first step towards it is to pump it up. She seems all geared to take the high intensity exercise schedule by her stride so we can all happily wait and watch I guess.

It’s so very good to see Emily Ratajkowski getting the attention she deserves. This woman is just so incredibly stunning it’s a little hard to believe. Her body is on fire and those eyes of hers? Please. I don’t think it would be possible for me to love these photos more. They’re just incredible. She is a little bit thinner than the type of girl I’m normally attracted to but despite what some say, I don’t think she looks unhealthy. I think what really gets me about these photos though is the gritty nature of them. That sort of thing is always appealing to me. I like a model that can make grit look good. Fantastic shots.

I have never understood why Jada Pinkett Smith gets as much hate as she does. I think she’s a beautiful, talented woman that seems to really have herself together. She also seems like she’s a great mother to her children with husband, Will Smith, but for some reason, people still like to give her a hard time. I’m not one of those people. I don’t know what the deal is with Will and Jada’s marriage but it’s none of my business and it has no impact on how I feel about either of them. I think Will is great as well. In these photos of Jada in Hawaii, we get to see that incredible body of hers and I like that. Jada is a strong, confident woman and I respect her for that. There are a lot of bad role models out there for young woman and I definitely don’t feel Jada is one of them.

For reasons I will probably never really understand, there are a lot of people out there who don’t like Jessica Alba. I must confess, there are things about her I don’t like but it’s usually something relating to a statement she’s made I don’t personally agree with. I hardly think that counts as a strike against her. People disagree all the time. I still respect Jessica’s willingness to speak about the things she believes in, even though it sometimes gets her in trouble. That takes guts. Of course, I also really enjoy the fact that Jessica is smoking hot. I’d have to say she’s one of the most attractive actresses of her generation but again, there are folks out there who disagree. Let’s put all that aside for a moment and talk about these specific photos.  Here we see Jessica with her husband Cash Warren and their kids in St. Barths and I have to say, I’m really liking the photos. Jessica always looks like she’s at her happiest when she’s with her family. Great photos of a beautiful family.

Christina Aguilera is by far one of my favorite pop musicians. Her voice is killer and I think she’s absolutely beautiful. It’s hard to believe this is the same woman from back in the “Dirrrty” days. Yes, there’s more to her than there was back then but I couldn’t care less. Neither could she. This is a woman who owns her body and loves who she is. I love her confidence. This is the kind of woman who can shrug off the criticism her new, fuller figure gets, slip into something short and sexy for Halloween and not just tell the world she doesn’t care what people say but show them as well. So far this year, Christina’s costume is my favorite this year – dramatic, over the top and sexy. This is a woman who knows how to do Halloween.

You know, it’s weird. There are a lot of Jennifer Lopez songs I like but there are just as many that I loathe yet despite that fact, I would absolutely love the opportunity to see Lopez in concert. I really don’t think Jennifer Lopez concerts are all about the music. They’re also about entertainment and just sitting back and enjoying the show this woman puts on. These photos of Jennifer performing live at  Palacio de los Deportes, Madrid seem to back that belief up. She looks like she lives for the stage – like she was born to be there. It’s sometimes hard for me to remember that she started out as an actress and transitioned to the world of music. I don’t think she has the best voice in the business but her performances are always a spectacle. It’s no wonder she’s in such great shape. She gets a workout every time she hits the stage.
