I want to like these pictures. I really do. I want to like them because I love Christina Aguilera. There was a time when I thought she was the one pop star that was really going to go the distance but several albums with low sales figures, I can’t help but think I may have been wrong. Don’t get me wrong, I still love the girl, but I’m starting to get worried she can’t compete with the younger stars. And then comes this performance. Her voice is as great as it always has been, but when pictures come out and immediately start pregnancy rumors, it’s time to worry. I like her fuller figure. It beats the super skinny pop stars we’re used to but what I don’t like is the pounds of makeup. These days, she looks like she’s trying to hard and that’s a sin. She has more vocal talent than most of her competition combined. She needs to let her voice shine and stop relying on theatrics. The other pop stars need all that to compensate for a genuine lack of talent. Christina just doesn’t need it.

Mad Men star Christina Hendricks looked like a fairy princess in her Emmy dress and I just know there are going to be all sorts of people tearing apart her look. I think she looks beautiful, confident and unique. There’s nothing wrong with doing something different and standing out, although many folks in Hollywood seem to think the opposite. The color is perfect on Christina with her milky pale skin and flaming red hair. I love the cut of the dress and the dreamy, fairy tale sleeves. Everything about this dress screams good taste and class – not to mention the fact that it makes her boobs look amazing.

That is hard to believe looking at her in this tight blue spandex workout suit. Christina is alleging her soon to be ex-husband cheated on her and delivered her divorce papers when she was nine months pregnant which begs the question; what kind of man does that? Cheat on a woman like Milian, I mean. Her body is just ridiculous. If she’s at all torn up about the split, she isn’t letting it keep the smile off her face though and you gotta admire the girl for that. She’s going about her business confident that the truth about the whole sordid event will come out soon.

Aguilara can get away with wearing outrageous outfits and too much makeup because she has the voice to back up all the flash. Although her latest single hasn’t been performing nearly as well as she would have hoped, following her incredible performance on American Idol that left everyone speechless with her performance at NBC’s ‘Today Show’ Toyota Summer concert series held in Rockerfeller Center was a shrewd move that may well help her regain her rightful place at the top of the charts. This is not the first time we are going to see a singer doing a character role in movie. Britney spears had also appeared as a young virgin in the movie Crossroads. Christina was spotted without any make-up, which is surprising as the singer is usually seen with bright red lipstick and smoky eyes. She is playing a burlesque dancer in the movie and things are smoking up with some bold focus on the ass. It’s true that Christina has been losing weight for this role for quite some time now with daily rehearsals up to 14 hours for her role of a burlesque dancer in the movie.
