Hayden Panettiere wore a striking blue dress on her trip out in Las Vegas. She displayed a fresh look as she showed off her clutch bag. Panettiere was in Las Vegas to unveil her new Dooney and Burke fashion clutch bag. The launch was at the Venetian Hotel and Casino. She returned to L.A on Nov. 23. Panettiere has become more vocal in her red carpet wardrobe and she was ready to flash more skin. As such, the paparazzi love to follow her.
