Recently, she hogged the headlines when her former manager, Rob Lee, accused her of sacking him to avoid paying a commission. He helped her to secure the lucrative role in Desperate Housewives and he did not receive his commission. This happened in 2004. Both parties had mediation and Nicollette settled the lawsuit.
