This image of Nelly Furtado is a bit confusing for me. First she wants to be the free-spirited singer then she turns to RnB and rap and sensual lyrics and now she’s all prim and proper. Eva Mendes was at the Film Independent’s Spirit Awards in Santa Monica. We seldom get any wild gossip on Eva so we don’t know what’s going down with her. She has been out of rehab for a short while and her eyes show some fatigue. Nothing much was written about her stint at rehab, except that all rehabs were meant for some kind of substance abuse. Well, I can look at her sexy lips and pout and wonder some more about her.
Recovering artist Britney Spears looks way better these days – although I’m really not totally sure since she always has those humongous glasses on. Here she is as she leaves the Levi’s store in Beverly Hills via the back door. Showing a lot of cleavage there! I bet the paps were very happy to snap away their prize shots! Brit Brit’s lovin’ red these days – red bag, red bra and red lipstick. I wonder if she’s seeing red too when she sees the paps running after her everywhere she goes?
Eliza Dushku had big, beautiful smiles for us when she posed on the red carpet of the 2008 Film Independent’s Spirit Awards. She was one of the few actresses who had natural dimples on her cheeks. At one time, dimples were all the fashion and women even resorted to plastic surgery to create them. Elisha was lucky to be born with natural dimples. She looked so feminine in her flowing stresses and dress. I envy her grace and pose … and not a slip from that plunging neckline!
Brooke Hogan took her work out sessions seriously. She knew the rewards of a strict discipline. Her Dad, Hulk Hogan, has taught her well. He used to be strict with her dates. He objected to Brooke dating Aaron Carter and he was so right. Aaron was busted this week for having weed in his car.

Hayden Panettiere has replaced Fergie as Candies’ new representative. These pictures showed her at the launch. Hayden said that she was excited to be working with Candies clothing line for girls. She did a few promotional posters for them and said that their campaigns were fun and playful. Candies sold shoes too.
Now every girl can dream about sharing something from Hayden. Hayden’s first ad campaign was shot at Serendipity 3, in New York. That place had poor hygiene and has been shut down by NYC’s Department of Health. Hayden ought to bring her fight to Serendipity 3!
