Mariah Carey is the new Jenny Craig Brand Ambassador. It makes sense. Much like brand ambassadors of the past, Mariah has very publicly struggled with her weight for years. She started off smoking hot and skinny. She was then a little meaty. Then she was more than a little meaty. Then she was skinny again. To be honest, I’ve always though Mariah was hot, regardless of her weight. She can pull off the bigger girl thing. She makes curves look sexy. At the same time, remember how freaking hot she was in the “Honey” video? In that gold bikini? Good heavens. I’m getting all warm just thinking about it. Anyway, it’s good to see Mariah is taking control of her weight. I just hope she has more success with the battle of the bulge than past Jenny Craig spokeswomen.

Yeah, I’m sorry boys – I just don’t get the appeal here. I started watching “So You Think You Can Dance” last season which, of course, Cat Deeley hosts. I found her grating and really, not that attractive at all. I suppose she’s got a nice enough body but her face just does nothing for me. And before anyone asks, yes, Cat is still much, much more attractive than me. Way more attractive than me. I’m not a celebrity though so I’m only judged by the villagers that scurry away when I leave my tower. I’m kidding of course. Still, I just don’t get what the big deal is with Cat. To each their own though.

Jessica Jane Clement has all of the qualities I love in a girl so these pictures are pretty much a dream for me. She’s sexy without being completely over the top. She just looks like a normal girl who happens to be exceptionally hot. Although there’s a photographer snapping pictures of her as she hangs out by the pool, she doesn’t seem to be posing or vamping it up for the camera. She just seems to be going about her business. Her body is natural and toned. Her face is adorable. Before these pictures popped up, I wasn’t really familiar with her or what she does. I’m definitely going to change that. Apparently she’s going to be taking part in “I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here”. I might have to check this season out.

Elizabeth Grant began performing under the stage name Lana Del Rey because her managers and assorted business people told her the name fit her classic, Old Hollywood style. Normally I would’ve objected to something like that but with Lana, I really think it was a good call. I really like Lana. It’s great to hear her song “Video Games” popping up in various shows like ‘The Ringer’ and ‘Gossip Girl’, increasing her fan base each time. I hope Lana is starting to get the recognition she deserves. She’s a talented girl. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that she’s also gorgeous. I look forward to hearing and seeing more of her.

You know, I really should’ve known. I saw pictures of Lady Gaga on the red carpet at the MTV European Music Awards in Belfast and thought she looked surprisingly normal. Her dress wasn’t really all that outrageous and she actually looked pretty hot. Then I opened these pictures to begin writing my post, saw Gaga’s caboose and some of the crazy hats she was wearing and breathed a sigh of relief. Clearly Gaga is still being Gaga. I love this woman. She knows how to push the envelope and while I think she goes too far sometimes (much of the time), I love the fact that she’s got the guts to go further than many other performers. Gaga excites me even if I’d still like to see her really shock us all and be completely normal just once.

There are some people that say Halloween is nothing but an excuse for women to dress like sluts and not get called sluts for it. From sexy angels, sexy devils, sexy nurses and sexy pretty much everything else, Halloween is far more sex than scare these days. It seems no different for Alyson Michalka at the Helloween bash she attended but it works for her. There any many people I would not want to see in the getup she’s wearing here. Thankfully, it was Aly that wore it and the world is a sexier place for it. Judging from the women in there pictures, Aly wasn’t the only one that bought into the sexy rule. I dressed in plastic wrap and duct tape and went as one of Dexter Morgan’s victims – complete with fake blood cheek slash. Just putting that out there.
