The title of this one gave me some trouble. There are clearly some decent ass shots among these pictures, but can they really be called ass shots when the girl in question, Paris Hilton, barely has an ass? I mean, what ass is there is pretty nice, but it’s definitely a little lacking. No matter. I saw an article recently asking if people are over Paris. Remember a few years back when you couldn’t go online without seeing something about her? I kind of like Paris more now that she’s faded into the background a little bit. Here at the Grand Prix in Barcelona, Paris strikes all of her usual poses, but I guess you can’t hate on a girl for sticking with what works.

Katy Perry really knows how to put on a show and definitely knows what her audience wants. With tons of bright, sexy costumes and tons of stage presence, Katy took her “California Dreams Tour 2011″ to Duluth and delivered another memorable night for her fans. While I know Katy isn’t really everyone’s cup of tea, I love the girl. She might make typical pop music and she might use her body to sell that typical pop music, but she somehow manages to be unique and stand out from the crowd. She doesn’t go quite as over the top as Lady Gaga but she definitely gives Gaga a run for her money. Katy’s a sexy girl and her confidence shines, but when she’s not on stage, you get the feeling that, despite her wishes, she really is just ‘one of the boys’.

I hate to be inconsistent but I’ve been an Ali Larter fan since I saw her in ‘Final Destination’ and as much as it pains me to admit it, I’m really not feeling this set of pictures. Normally, I like candids like these ones of Ali shopping in West Hollywood, California, but something about these particular pictures just leaves me feeling kind of bored. Ali Larter is a gorgeous woman and a talented actress but these are far from the nicest pictures I’ve seen of her. I do like the fact that she’s clearly a woman who is comfortable with herself and doesn’t feel the need to spend an hour or two on her makeup before she goes out to run errands, but I still just feel a little bored with the set. I’m sure I’ll like the next ones more.

I love Laura Wiggins. She was awesome in ‘Dance of the Dead’ and is even better on ‘Shameless’. Here at the Palms Pool in Las Vegas, Laura shows off her fit body while just generally having a good time and relaxing. I’m not entirely sure who the man is with her – her boyfriend, apparently – but he looks incredibly familiar. Perhaps he’s an actor as well? A musician maybe? Regardless, he’s pretty cute but the real focus is on Laura. If you haven’t seen her as Karen Jackson on ‘Shameless’ I would definitely recommend checking it out. Not only is she great, but the show itself is incredible – unique and always entertaining. Emmy Rossum is the real star, but Laura definitely holds her own. Well worth checking out.

What in the hell is Nicole Scherzinger dressed in? Is it my imagination or does the bodice of the dress appear to be made out of a bath mat? I don’t think I’ve ever seen a less flattering dress on a celebrity. It makes her look chubby and completely hides two of her biggest assets – her boobs. Here in London on The Graham Norton Show one has to wonder if Nicole did something to make her stylist angry. What other reason could there be for this wreck of a dress? Somehow, though, Nicole still manages to look super sexy. She has a gorgeous face and always looks great with her hair up. On top of that, she has amazing legs which are definitely the focus in these pictures. If you just block out the mess in the middle, she looks pretty good. On a related note, what in the heck is going on with ‘The X-Factor’? Cheryl Cole is out as a judge and Nicole is in. Then there are rumors that producers are trying to bring Cheryl back. Now Cheryl is out again and Nicole is in. This is a pretty big deal for Simon Cowell. It doesn’t seem like it’s off to a very promising start.

Emmanuelle Chriqui is one of the most underrated female celebs in the entertainment industry today. While she doesn’t have the name recognition many of her contemporaries have, she definitely has the looks and the acting chops to set herself apart from the pack. So why hasn’t it quite happened yet? Some could definitely argue that this is beginning to change. Voted the ‘Most Desirable Woman of 2010’ by AskMen.com, Emmanuelle has definitely started getting some much deserved recognition. Here in New York City appearing at the 2011 CFDA Fashion Awards in Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center for the outside arrivals, Emmanuelle makes a bold choice by choosing a vibrant yellow dress but it definitely works in her favor. Complementing her lovely figure and killer legs, the bright color also really helps her stand out. She looks great. Can’t wait to see more of her.
