Kurylenko hailed from Ukranian and her fellow countrymen deemed she had betrayed her homeland by acting in the James Bond movie. The critics alleged that Daniel Craig and some other people were guilty of World War II crimes. They actually said Kurylenk should handover Craig for prosecution in Ukraine.

She was heard to ask pointedly about allowing the paparazzi inside the premises, even when it was at the valet station at the car park.
