It feels like it’s been forever since I’ve seen pictures of Megan Fox in a bikini. There for a while, it was like there were new pictures of her frolicking on the beach every day or so. As hard as it is to believe, I was getting a little sick of it. The old saying is true, though. Absence does, in fact, make the heart grow fonder. This woman is gorgeous. I’m not sure anyone could deny that. What I really like about these pictures of Megan from Kona, Hawaii is that Brian Austin Green (Megan’s husband) is in them. While she is the bigger name in the relationship right now, I remember Brian very fondly as David Silver on ‘Beverly Hills 90210’ and he’s still looking good all these years later. As a side note, when Brian and Megan got married, I predicted they wouldn’t last a month. I’m happy to say I was wrong, so congrats to them both.

I always wonder what the deal is with these public workouts. Here in London, an apparently chilly Imogen Thomas gets in a quick workout in front of the cameras snapping away at her every move. Having been on ‘Big Brother’ she’s probably used to all the cameras to start with. Now that news has broken that she has an affair with married footballer, Ryan Giggs, she seems poised to deal with even more cameras following her around. I’m sure that wasn’t her motivation when getting involved with Ryan at all. Am I being sarcastic? I don’t even know anymore. It seems that there are so many women out there who are willing to do that, it’s hard not to paint them all with the same brush. I’m going to give Imogen the benefit of the doubt, though. Why? I guess I’m just having a good day.

People love to give Rose McGowan crap. I am not one of those people. I love this girl more than I love little baby kittens. She can do no wrong in my eyes. First of all, she’s absolutely beautiful – stunning. Second of all, she has real guts. She speaks her mind and stands up for herself and I love that in a woman. Has she had work done? Come on, people. Who honestly cares? In the entertainment industry, you’d be hard pressed to find someone that hasn’t. It’s sort of a non-story isn’t it? How about we focus on the fact that she’s a strong woman who portrays strong female characters on the big screen. Here in Beverly Hills leaving a salon, Rose looks absolutely adorable. I love the outfit. I love the glasses and I love the Rose. You can disagree if you like. It’s you’re right, but no one’s going to change my mind on this one.

I know Katy Perry takes a lot of guff for her often revealing stage attire, but I don’t really see the big deal. Katy is a grown woman. If she wants to show a little t & a that’s her right and I’m fine with it. I love the pictures and I love that she at least has fun with it. She isn’t hung up on looking like a sexpot all the time. Her stage costumes have a little bit of personality at least and I appreciate that. I have seen far younger girls than her (Miley Cyrus and Taylor Momsen come to mind) wearing clothes that are just a provocative as Katy. I have a much bigger problem with those girls hitting the stage in next to nothing because they’re just girls. They’re not adults. Is Katy a bad role model? Perhaps, but she’s no worse than any of the other women out there in popstar land who do the same thing. Here at the UCF Arena in Orlando, Katy looks like she’s having fun and she looks good while she’s doing it. No complaints from me there.

Pixie Lott is just adorable. I think I say that every time I write about her, but it’s the truth. She might not be super sexy like many of the other popstars out there, but she has this sort of sugary sweetness about her that helps her stand out from the pack. With that said, I’m not really feeling the outfit she chose to perform in at the Isle Of Wight Festival. I’ve never been a big fan of high-waisted shorts. I just don’t really find them all that flattering – no matter who’s wearing them. Somehow though, Pixie managed to pull the look off – shorts aside. I know a lot of folks are going to disagree with me on this one, but I actually really like the braid headband sort of thing she’s sporting. It’s very Pixie. I like this girl. She might not make the most amazing music ever recorded, but it’s fun and so is she.

What in the hell is Nicole Scherzinger dressed in? Is it my imagination or does the bodice of the dress appear to be made out of a bath mat? I don’t think I’ve ever seen a less flattering dress on a celebrity. It makes her look chubby and completely hides two of her biggest assets – her boobs. Here in London on The Graham Norton Show one has to wonder if Nicole did something to make her stylist angry. What other reason could there be for this wreck of a dress? Somehow, though, Nicole still manages to look super sexy. She has a gorgeous face and always looks great with her hair up. On top of that, she has amazing legs which are definitely the focus in these pictures. If you just block out the mess in the middle, she looks pretty good. On a related note, what in the heck is going on with ‘The X-Factor’? Cheryl Cole is out as a judge and Nicole is in. Then there are rumors that producers are trying to bring Cheryl back. Now Cheryl is out again and Nicole is in. This is a pretty big deal for Simon Cowell. It doesn’t seem like it’s off to a very promising start.
