Following the news of her split from her husband Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag and her plastic fantastic body took some time out from launching her new reality show to pose for the cameras and show us all that she is sad about the split. Or perhaps that is her happy face. Or maybe her shocked face. After undergoing ten plastic surgery procedures in one day, it must be a little difficult to coax any sort of discernable emotion out of that poor face.
