Only a few short months before the tenth season of ‘American Idol’ hit the airwaves, you’d be hard pressed to find someone that would say Jennifer Lopez wasn’t washed up. Her last single was a giant flop. The same can be said for her latest movie, “The Back Up Plan” (which I actually really liked, by the way). Then along comes “Idol” and Jennifer Lopez is back in the limelight. One can’t blame the girl for capitalizing on that. She showed a kinder side of herself that flew in the face of the cold-hearted diva some would have us believe she was. Shown here filming her new music video, it’s pretty obvious that Lopez hasn’t gone completely soft. She still has that fire that made everyone love her in the first place and she’s still smoking hot. I’m officially back on Team Jennifer.

Wearing bicycle shorts and a t-shirt, Sophie Simmons hit the town for a day of pampering. On her way in for a pedicure, Sophie seems to be having fun playing around with the cameras following her. For those who don’t know, Sophie is the daughter of Kiss rocker/reality star Gene Simmons. From 2006-2010 she was star of Gene’s reality show “Gene Simmons: Family Jules” but has pretty much stayed out of the limelight aside from that. I’m generally not a big fan or reality stars or people who are only famous because of who their parents are, but I like Sophie. She seems like a pretty normal girl. I hope she continues to fly under the radar. No one likes an over exposed celeb spawn.

What’s black and white and cute all over? Emmy Rossum. Seriously guys, this girl is just adorable. I love her to pieces. She isn’t one of those girls you look at and wanna do filthy things to. She’s one of those girls. She’s one of those girls you want to hug and maybe get a glass of milk with cookies for. Yes. She’s hot. She’s very hot. She’s even started taking it all off for the camera (see her incredible performance in Showtime’s ‘Shameless’) but she still has that adorable vibe. That’s why I love her. Even while performing in these crazy sex scenes with her boobs out, she still looks cute. Not an easy task to pull off.

Kim Kardashian knows what people want to see when she makes a public appearance and she doesn’t disappoint with her appearance on the Jimmy Kimmel Live! Show. Kim somehow manages to show off her infamous ass and her beloved cleavage in this relatively demure dress. I guess when you’ve got a body like Kim’s it’s hard not to show off. I suppose she could drape herself in sheets – loose fitting sheets – and hide that ass, but it’d probably still stick out. I don’t know what she complains about. That ass keeps people talking about her and I’m pretty sure that’s what her life is all about. Maybe some day she’ll be more famous for her acting talents or her musical ability, but I wouldn’t hold my breath.

It goes against my better judgement to write about any of the women featured on MTV’s ‘Teen Mom’. I’ve never watched the show and I don’t intend to change that. That doesn’t mean I haven’t heard of Farrah Abraham. She’s now a celebrity and – like most of the other girls on the show – she got that celebrity status by getting pregnant as a teenager. I have heard mixed things about the show – some saying it glorifies being a teenage mother and some saying it shows the realities of it, but I have a hard time justifying putting these women in the limelight. I grew up in a small town. Most of the girls I went to school with ended up having kids before they turned nineteen. Do I think a show like this would’ve stopped them from making the decisions they made? No. Not at all. I suppose if it does help someone out there decide to abstain from sex or at least have safe sex than it’s worth it, but the real result of the show is pictures like these. Yeah, she’s hot. She’s also a kid with a kid and I have a hard time thinking of her as anything but that.

If I were to make a list of women I’m pretty sure could blind men with their hotness, I’m sure I would rank Irina Sheik pretty close to the top of that list. Seriously. This woman is unbelievable. Her eyes. Her hair. Her lips. Then, of course, there’s that incredible body. A lot of women can’t pull of the thigh high stockings with garter belt thing without looking sleazy, but this is not an average woman. Whether in black lingerie, white lingerie, pink lingerie or blue lingerie, one thing remains the same – this woman should never wear clothes. If I looked half that good, I never would. I’d grocery shop in my bra and panties and not care who gave me dirty looks. Well, I probably wouldn’t, but that doesn’t mean Irina shouldn’t. Well, okay, she probably shouldn’t either. Old men would be dropping like flies. Mothers would be covering their children’s eye. Married men would be pummeled with purses. Single men would be fighting each other in the isles. It would be chaos!
