I’m not sure why I’m having such a hard time believing that the girl in these photos is Miranda Kerr. Maybe I’m not used to see her with this much clothing on or maybe I really, really am having an off day. I know that these photos show Miranda modeling the 2013 Spring-Summer line for Mango but … something just seems wrong. I can usually pick out Miranda pretty easily. Yup, that’s it. I’m slipping. Don’t get me wrong, Miranda still looks incredible here but she just, in my opinion anyway, doesn’t look like herself. I think I need to take a nap or something. All the same, hot photos and great clothes. I particularly like the dress in photo one and the outfit in photo five. My birthday has passed now but if anyone wants to send me a birthday present, either one would do.

One of my favorite parts of this job is occasionally stumbling upon a beautiful model I’ve never heard of before. Such is the case here with beautiful Swedish model, Theres Alexandersson. I love everything about this young lady’s look. She doesn’t look like every other beautiful blond model out there. She has enough unique features to really stand out and I appreciate that. Sometimes as I write these posts, I find myself thinking that the subject of the photos looks like someone else but I can honestly say that isn’t the case here. I find that incredibly refreshing. Theres is a beautiful young lady. I hope I have the chance to write about her again and again.

I first fell in love with Emily Ratajkowski when she appeared in the music video for Robin Thicke, T.I. and Pharrell’s Blurred Lines. Since then, I have been a rabid fan of this gorgeous young lady and these photos just make me … um, rabider? Is that a word? If it isn’t, it is now. I mean, those eyes of hers - come on. And the lips? And the body? I know there will be someone out there who will disagree with me because that’s just how the world works but I’d be willing to bet we’re going to be seeing a lot more of this gorgeous model/actress for a very long time and I, for one, am thrilled about that.

I adore Doutzen Kroes. I really do. She’s stunningly beautiful and seems to have this sort of grace about her that is sometimes missing in today’s most popular models. With all that said, if I have any problem with Doutzen, it’s this: I have a very hard time recognizing her at first glance. If I was asked to pick her out of a lineup of hot lingerie models, I’m not sure I’d be able to do it. She’s memorable, yes. I just suck at recognizing faces and there’s no single feature about Doutzen that stands out for me. That isn’t to say she isn’t beautiful, of course. A quick glance over these photos from the Cannes Film Festival proves that. I’m just saying I don’t think I’d recognize her if the name didn’t accompany the photos I write about. She still looks incredible here though. A truly stunning woman.

I know I say a lot of models are among my favorites but I really mean it when I say it about Doutzen Kroes. She just has this wholesome, fresh faced thing about her, even when she’s wearing a dress with a slit just about clear up to her rear end. I love the fact that Doutzen can show this much skin and still look classy and sophisticated. That’s not something a lot of women can do. In these photos from Cannes, Doutzen is a shining example of elegance and glamour. Of course, she also looks absolutely smoking hot. I love how she’s chosen to wear her hair here as well. It really compliments her face and lets her gorgeous features shine.

No really, that guy looks so familiar but I can’t quite place him. After a quick Google search, I discovered his name is River Viiperi and Wikipedia tells me River is a model. Apparently Paris has said she wants to marry her 21-year-old boyfriend of eight months and have children with him. I wonder if River would take her last name? River Hilton sort of has a ring to it, doesn’t it? I honestly have a hard time keeping up with the men in Paris’ life but these two kind of seem happy, don’t they? Who knows. The age difference might seem a little weird to some (Paris is 32 now) but they’ve only got one more year between them than my husband and I do. While some might say he’s just using her to further his career – these photos were taken at Cannes, after all – he was already a fairly accomplished model. Does that mean he absolutely isn’t using her? Not at all. I guess time will tell. Call me crazy, but I’m really hoping it works out for these two, even if the odds (and Paris’ dating history) are against them.
