Lisa Rinna was expected to attend the function. George Maloof and Britney Spears’ manager, Larry Rudolph, were closely associated because Larry is the owner of Sunset Tan at Palms Place. There was intense speculation that Britney Spears might be appearing at this location for the opening but her manager has denied it.
