Oh come on, Maria Sharapova. I’ve defended you and defended you but then you show up in lingerie for the Dream For Future Africa Foundation Gala? This is just too much. Dressing like a slut on the red carpet is pretty much par for the course but at a charity gala? Ugh. Just … ugh. I’m sure most of the guys looking at this post are going to be pretty happy with the photos and in the end, I think that’s all Maria was after here – attention. All the same, these photos just make me sad. Ah well. I guess I’ll just accept that I’m out of the target demographic on this look and move on.

Here’s the problem with being a fashion impaired lady writing for a website like this one. Instead of focusing on how hot Eliza Doolittle looks in these photos from the BFI Luminous Gala London, I find myself distracted by the fact that it really, really looks like she wore a night dress to this event. I could be wrong, of course because, as I mentioned, I’m quite fashion impaired but it’s distracting for me all the same. with that said, I really like the first photo here. I love the looking over the shoulder pose. Night dress or not, Eliza looks incredible. I have to give her credit for that.

Before I get to the post, I want to share something. Sometimes I get a little information with the photos I’m given to write about. This was one of those times. The info referred to Zahia Dehar’s dress as the “that’s what I call see-thru” dress and that made me grin because it is 100% accurate. Now, I’ve only had the opportunity to post about Zahia Dehar once or twice before but boy oh boy do I remember her story. So, the young lady in these photos – ya know, the one who wore pretty much nothing to the opening of her boutique in Paris – is a model but that’s not really what she’s most well known for. No, Zahia is most well known for her part in a massive prostitution scandal in France a few years back. I guess prostitution is legal in France but only when the prostitute is over 18. Since Zahia was only 17 when three men were caught paying her for sex, they found themselves in pretty hot water. The resulting press exposure got Zahia a modeling contract and her own boutique. She has further capitalized on the exposure by posting racy photos on Twitter and wearing dresses like this one. I’ll leave you to draw your own conclusions on this girl but to be honest, I think the dress speaks for itself.

So Kaley Cuoco went shopping with Superman, Henry Cavill, the other day and these are the photos of them out in L.A. I dunno if I’m really feeling them as a couple, to be honest, but they certainly look cute together and in the entertainment industry, that’s half the battle. I also think it’s kind of cute that Penny from Big Bang Theory is dating someone Leonard, Sheldon, Harold and Raj would likely be very familiar with. I wonder if it’ll be mentioned on the show. I’m guessing it won’t be but who knows. I think part of my issue with Henry and Kaley dating is the fact that part of me was holding out hope that Kaley would reunite with Johnny Galecki. I love that guy. I guess if that’s not going to happen though, Henry is a good match for her. Again, they look fantastic together and sometimes that’s enough in Hollywood.

I have a lot of girl crushes. I have a lot of big time girl crushes. There’s Carmen Electra – one of my first girl crushes – and Sandra Bullock. There’s Katy Perry and Rihanna. There’s Fairuza Balk. There’s Kate Beckinsale. I have a lot of girl crushes for a straight chick. I get that. None of those crushes, however, outshines my girl crush on Rose McGowan. I’d consider switching teams for a lot of the women I just mentioned but there would be no consideration involved with Rose. I adore her. She’s stunning. I don’t care how much work she’s had done. I don’t even really care what she looks like. My crush on Rose is all about her attitude. She’s just a confident, tough, independent, outspoken woman and I am so incredibly attracted to all of those qualities. These photos, shot in Paris, show the glammed up Rose I so love seeing. I love this woman. Marry me, Rose! That’s perfectly legal here. Of course, I’m already married but I’m sure something could be arranged.

I have seen photos of Courtney Stodden in which she is wearing minimal makeup and isn’t dressed up like a streetwalker and I actually really liked those photos. These ones? Not so much. Let’s take a trip back in time to a few short months ago when Courtney turned 18. She basically let it be known that she was interested in posing for Playboy since she was of legal age to do so. Playboy turned her down because they basically felt she looked too trashy. Those weren’t the exact words they used but they didn’t have to. We all knew. Just look at her. After that rejection, she seemed to tone it down a bit and I welcomed that. She is a very pretty young woman without all that crap on her face. The makeup makes her look so much older. I look at these photos and I think she looks like a woman in her late 30s or early 40s trying to look like an 18 or 19 year old. It’s shocking to me that the girl in these photos is only 18 (or possibly 19 now). That’s just kind of gross to me. She’s kind of gross to me. I hope she smartens up before it’s too late.
