As I mentioned in previous posts for this year’s crop of celeb Halloween costumes, I was a bit disappointed by the turn out. Aside from a few excellent costumes, this year was mostly rather lackluster, then along comes these pictures of Allesandra Torresani in her Wonder Woman costume. It might not be the sexiest costume of the year, but it looks great all the same. She really pulls off the Wonder Woman thing with flare. I don’t actually know who this girl is. After a bit of research I’ve learned her resume thus far has mostly been guest starring roles on various TV shows (she played two different characters on Malcolm in the Middle) but with her more leading role on Caprica, Alessandra is finally starting to get a bit more attention. Even the show has been canceled now, perhaps we’ll see more of her in the future. She’s a lovely girl with a pretty face. It’d be nice to see her do well.

Cheryl Tweedy (or Cheryl Cole if you prefer) has been through a lot recently. There was the public humiliation of her husband’s affair and the divorce that led to. She contracted malaria in Tanzania and was reportedly on death’s door – too weak to even speak. She’s come through all of it and her star still shines bright. She looks as beautiful as ever and as she launches her American career along side Simon Cowell on America’s version of The X Factor one has to think things are only going to improve from here. Although her rumored romance with Dancing With the Stars pro Derek Hough has never been confirmed and may well already be over if it existed in the first place, even Tweedy’s personal life is beginning to look up. It’s incredibly inspiring to see someone go through such a hard time and come out stronger for it. Love this girl.

I’ve been writing for this website for a while now and Pixie Lott has showed up in a few different photo sets in that time – almost always with her panties showing in at least one picture. After investigating these pictures closely, I’ve come to the realization that Pixie is adorable, fun but sadly, not quite as interesting when her panties aren’t exposed. Even so, she’s still pretty cute and this pictorial isn’t exactly a failure. I quite like it actually and I quite like Pixie. Her music isn’t really groundbreaking or life altering, but it is fun and entertaining. With continued success and film roles in the works, 19 year old Pixie is really still at the beginning of what could possibly be a very rewarding, long term career.

I just don’t get the whole Kesha thing. I really don’t. Her music is bland and boring and in the world of pop music, she isn’t really all that attractive. As she shoots her latest video in Downtown LA, I can’t help thinking I have absolutely no interest in looking at these pictures, hearing the song the video is being filmed for or even seeing the finished product. Pop music has really gone down the drain and that makes me a little sad. I know music snobs will say pop music has always been bad, and it’s certainly not my favorite genre, but there’s been some good stuff. I like Lady Gaga. I like Rihanna. I like Katy Perry. I don’t know why. There’s just something in their music that makes me want to dance around my house like a fool. Kesha makes me wanna go to sleep and not wake up until her career is over. I figure that won’t be long anyway.

Can you believe this cat suit is the costume Kim Kardashian decided not to wear for Halloween? The costume she chose instead, a dress that appears to be the one from the pirate outfit in these pictures with a red riding hood cape instead of the pirate hat, is still crazy hot, but come on. Kim’s trademark feature is that ridiculous butt. Why wouldn’t she show it off on Halloween. Maybe her boobs were jealous of her butt’s fame and threatened to sag if they didn’t get a little limelight, but Kim shouldn’t respond to threats like that. She should stay firm – no pun intended. Okay, pun intended a little bit. Regardless, Kim is hot. I’m just glad we got to see some skin, as much as I preferred the cat suit.

Hilary Swank is kind of weird, isn’t she? Sometimes she looks super feminine and gorgeous. Other times she looks a bit on the rough and tough manly side. These photos definitely fall into the first category. Hilary is a beautiful woman, no matter what she does, in all honesty. The fact that she isn’t afraid to look tough makes her even more attractive. She’s a strong, confident woman and she lets that show. In an industry when beauty is revered over everything else, Swank isn’t afraid to let her more masculine side show. When she wants to, though, she can pose for incredible pictures that stack up against any photo shoot by even the prettiest starlets. It’s always nice seeing her softer side. She pulls it off well.
