I like seeing candid photos of beautiful women like Minka Kelly because it really gives you the chance to see how much of their beauty is natural and how much is applied with makeup and stylists. Clearly from these photo of Minka Kelly heading to a gym in West Hollywood, she has a whole lot of natural beauty working for her. I really like these photos. She looks terrific in that casual, sexy way. I am a little disappointed her television projects haven’t gotten off the ground because I’d love to see her on my television every week. I guess I’m okay with it as long as I continue to get photos like these to tide me over.

Is it silly of me to think Stacy Keibler is the woman who is finally going to tame notorious bachelor, George Clooney? It is? I don’t care. I want to believe it so I’m going to believe it. I love Stacy. I’ve been a big fan for a long time. She’s such a beautiful woman and she seems so down to earth. Plus these two look great together. Here at the Argo premiere in Los Angeles, Stacy and George are all smiles. I’d like to believe that isn’t just for the cameras but this is Hollywood and little in Hollywood is actually what it appears to be. Still, I really do hope for the best for these too.

First, I love that there is a club in West Hollywood called Pink Taco. In the words of my hero, Tina Fey, “I want to go to there.” Totally beside the point, I know, but I felt it needed to be commented on. So, back to the subject at hand. In these photos, we see “90210” star Shenae Grimes leaving Pink Taco in West Hollywood with boyfriend, male model Josh Beech. I love these photos. These two seem to have such a great time together. I have to cop to being a little disappointed though. At first glance, I thought the man in the photos was Tom Payne and while I couldn’t understand why he was with Shenae I was excited to have the chance to write about him. Ah well. I suppose I got to write about him anyway, didn’t I? Love that guy. Anyway, that isn’t him but hey, Josh is still pretty cute and Shenae looks as gorgeous as ever. I can’t help smiling when I look at these photos. Made my whole morning.

I’ve been a fan of Charlize Theron for as long as I can remember. I can’t remember the first time I saw her but I have loved her from that moment. In this older photo shoot from 1996, Charlize looks every bit as sexy as she looks in the more recent photo shoot pics I shared just the other day. I don’t think the woman ages. I think what I like most about this set of photos though is the sort of retro vibe they have. There’s always been a sort of old Hollywood glamour about Charlize and these photos really play that up. I don’t think I could possibly love these photos more.

Charlize Theron is everything a Hollywood starlet should be, at least in my opinion. She’s stunning, yes, but she’s also incredibly talented and she doesn’t always rely on her looks to sell movie tickets. “Monster” remains one of my all time favorite movies and a lot of the credit for that can go to Charlize’s performance. It was such an incredible physical transformation – to the point I barely recognized her – but it was also an incredibly powerful performance. Her work in that film is some of the best she’s done. Do I love every movie she’s ever done? No, but I always think she handles the material well. She clearly takes her career seriously and I appreciate that. She deserves all of the respect and admiration she gets.

I know, I know. People have a problem with Miley’s hair. I think it’s fantastic but that’s just my opinion. I think the style makes a statement – she’s done trying to be the girl everyone wants her to be and she’s going to focus on being herself. I love that. Here at the MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles, what really gets my attention though is that dress she’s wearing. Talk about daring! When I see dresses like this, I can’t help wondering how it is possible to avoid a nip slip. My nips would be slipping all over the place. I bet the makers of double sided tape get a lot of business from Hollywood come award season. In any event, I like Miley’s look here. I love the hair and I even like the dress. It’s more mature but it’s still flirty, fun and youthful. This is a young woman ready to strike on her own and she’s using her appearance as a way to signal that. I support her entirely. Miley, you and I have had our differences in the past, but I’m totally on board now. Can’t wait to see what comes next.
