Check out these promo photos for Scary Spice Melanie Brown’s exercise DVD. Entitled “Totally Fit,” the DVD showcases Mel B. as she crunches her already fit body and of course, the six pack! You can really see Mel’s toned body and tight abs in these photos. I can’t help but wonder how Eddie Murphy would react if he sees these! As you all know, Eddie is the biological father of the former Spice Girl’s baby. What do you think?

Melanie Brown flew to London to promote Ultimo lingerie on June 4. The company celebrated her birthday at Ultimo’s bash. Mel B said that she was happy to wear Ultimo because it made her feel comfortable, feminine and sexy. She said that she loved to walk around naked in her house. Wearing lingerie like Ultimo was the next best thing to being naked so she loved the brand. Mel B looked so good that she could not keep her eyes off herself!

Melanie Brown rewarded herself with a romantic holiday in Miami after her assignments with Ultimo ended. She wore her favorite animal print bikini to the waters. As she laid on her sun bed and tanning deck chair, she sipped champagne and smoked. Apparently, these were her favorite holiday pastimes. Mel B and her husband, Stephen Belafonte, were weeks away from celebrating their first wedding anniversary on June 6th. This could be their own private holiday before the actual anniversary.

Melanie Brown and her husband looked good at P. Diddy’s Harlem 2 Hollywood Party. P Diddy threw one of the biggest parties in Hollywood. It was to celebrate the event of having his name on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. He did not spare any expenses. He had 10 private jets to transport his friends to his $20 million mansion in Beverly Hills. P Diddy was overjoyed to have the honor because he came from Harlem, one of the poorest areas of New York and the whole of USA.

Guess who was spotted again lounging by a poolside in Miami, Florida? It’s Scary Spice Girl - Melanie Brown! This girl really is enjoying every minute of her vacation. And why shouldn’t she? After a successful Spice Girls Reunion Tour, she sure does need a lot of Z’s, a lot of rays and a lot of rest! Melanie’s back - this time around in one very skimpy black bikini. Scary Spice Melanie Brown was recently spotted - literally and literarilly - smoking in white! Smoking as in sexy in a white bikini and smoking as in she really was smoking a cancer stick! Yikes, not good for you, sweetie! Kick that habit - if only to preserve your nice voice. Anyhoo - Melanie sure is enjoying her vacation - now that the Spice Girls tour has ended. I wonder what’s next for Scary? By the by, what do you think of Melanie’s tattooed bod?

Remember the Spice Girls’ “Wannabe” days? They all looked young, innocent and playful, didn’t they? Well now the girls have turned into ladies, and sassy ones at that! Here are Posh, Sporty, Baby, Scary and Ginger during their “The Return of Spice Girls World Tour” concert at the huge Madison Square Gardens in New York City last February 18, 2008. Scary sure does have flat abs! What can you say about their choice of outfits for their World Tour?
