After her break, Aniston will head back to the studio to join the cast of “30 Rock.” Aniston will play Claire Harper, an ex room mate of Liz Lemon. Aniston’s character will romance Jack Donaghy. The show works like a medical version of Sherlock Holmes. The doctors are usually told lies by the patients. The staff has to discover the truths behind the lies and then prescribe a treatment.
